She has been adverse to putting her head under the water because she can’t breathe, this allows the kids to breath underwater, but seals off if they completely submerge the device.     • AMAZING—Works Perfectly!!!

I assumed that this product couldn’t possibly work as perfectly as it claims, but it does!!! My 6yo and 9yo sons are enchanted with it. Until he tried this mask today, my 6yo was always afraid to put his face in the water (even wearing goggles) and refused to let water get in his ears. After I put the mask on myself and showed him it really does work, he put it on and within minutes was front-floating freely in our hot tub (he can’t even do a back float normally, let alone swim), in raptures about how much fun it was to be able to see the bottom and completely forgetting to worry about the fact that his ears were under water. The mechanism that keeps water out if you go deep enough that the snorkel tube is under water works perfectly, too—I could hardly believe it. You can’t breathe again until the snorkel tube is above the water line, obviously, but it keeps the water out and lets the air in as soon as it’s above water. My kids are over the moon in love with their new snorkel masks and SO excited to do some actual snorkeling on an upcoming trip. The elastic is adjustable, and stretchy enough to fit an adult head just fine. (On an adult face, the bottom of the seal sits on the front of the chin instead of the fire on of the chin, but it still totally works! I’m tempted to buy one for myself.) Bought this snorkel mask for our 4 year old and it worked great. Intended to use it in the ocean but only had the opportunity to use it in the pool. Took my son snorkeling for the 1st time and we tried both the standard goggles and mouth piece, and this. No comparison! He was in love with it! Instantly did it, confident, and especially with salt water. Doesn't get in the mouth and eyes as easy, which is the biggest hurdle of the ocean. So if you can make that even easier for kids trying to do this, do it! Success! Also had a blast with it in the pools and diving for toys. He uses it every time we go in the water we even have taken it on all our family vacations. It’s super easy to use and water does not get through. This snorkel was a great value for the money, easy to use, and worked as expected. My daughter used this to snorkel for hours without issue. It was easy for her to put on and take off by herself and we never had any issues with water leaking into the mask. Would definitely recommend!
