Update: The seller reached out and offered to make things right. We received a new snorkel, and though we have not yet had the chance to try it out, the seller's concern was much appreciated. When we finally get back to a pool or ocean, we will try this new snorkel out and I hope to move this all the way up to five stars. We purchased this for our daughter to use on a snorkel trip in Cozumel. While the goggles were just fine, water constantly ran into the snorkel and my daughter could not use it. I purchased two of these for my kids to take to Hawaii. The snorkel is too short and doesn’t stick up above their heads enough so was constantly flooded with water. We threw them away in Hawaii.
