I’m recovering from a breast reduction so it’s hard for me to comment on size. I’m in an XL and it fits great. I was previously a 38 DD and with post op swelling, I don’t know my true band or cup size right now. The bra is comfortable and fabric is very soft. There are several inches to adjust on the shoulder straps which is really comfortable. The hooks for the zipper are key. I’m still padding my bra post surgery so being able to place the padding and use the hook before I fully zip helps me adjust and smooth out the padding. The long line coverage is very comfortable. It’s almost like the surgical compression bra I just stepped down from, but far more comfortable and adjustable. I am using the cup padding that came separately in the box. It’s tight but not restricting my breath. The large plus was not going to zip. I think I’m a 36C now, but it’s a tough call with being post surgery by 5 weeks. ... show more

I really like how adjustable it is. I have a smaller ribcage but larger breasts. I can see where I might have to replace the velcro eventually. I washed it in the gentle cycle in a bra bag several times and the velcro is still holding up. I have much more side boob than I'd prefer. I bought a large I'm a 36DD. I might try an XL I was just worried that the band might be too large. The support is great and I love the removal pads. No worries about headlights in winter. I like it enough to try a larger size. I paid $47 which seems reasonable for the quality. Update I bought a size up and yes it fixed the side boob issue, mostly. Unfortunately, the band is a little loose for intense exercise. I purchased 2 of these and wore them 24/7 for two weeks after they removed a lump from my breast. When I started my search for this bra, it felt like I was hunting for a unicorn - something that didn't really exist. I needed a bra that would: give me good compression and hold the girls in place, the fabric would be comfortable and smooth so it wouldn't mess with my stitches and I could wear it all the time, it needed as many options for adjustment as possible for post-surgery comfort AND becuase I'm prone to migraines due to back/neck/shoulder issues - so I really needed to be able to relieve some pressure off of my shoulders at times, AND... I'm a 38G. Impossible, right? This bra delivered above and beyond my expectations! I got the XL - which is the tighter version on me. I would use this for cardio workouts at the gym, for sure - and it helped really keep the girls in place. Then I bought the 2XL which I will use for my yoga/pilates workouts - when I need a medium hold that's still comfortable. I love that you can adjust both how tight it is around your rib cage (at the back) and the pressure on your shoulders with the velcro straps. Both are really easy to adjust - even after surgery. I did try changing the straps back to what normal bra straps are like (straight from front to back, no criss cross) and while it worked fine - the velcro held, it was a good fit, etc. - I didn't like the way it felt on my stitches. For me, the criss cross method is much more comfortable overall. The fabric is WONDERFUL! I have very sensitive skin, and to wear something like this 24/7 for two weeks - switching from XL to 2XL to either give me more or less support, or so I could wash the one I was wearing - I can't believe I didn't get a rash or red irritations on my skin or anything. I love that they also included a flap of strong fabric at the top and bottom of the zipper to cover the zipper and help protect your skin and keep the zipper locked in place - genious! Honestly, I'm stunned by how much I love this bra and how it not only met but exceeded my expectations. I recently tried a zip front adjustable high-impact sports bra, and while it has some great features, there are a few drawbacks to consider. I needed a zip front, high impact bra to wear after having a breast lift. My surgeon recommended the SheFit bra as his favorite. Reviews were all over the place about size/fit so I ordered several options from SheFit but also these from VFUS which had good reviews. I would have to agree that the VFUS bra is far better fitting on me than the SheFit options which I had to return because the band gapped and could not be adjusted to fit me at all. I am usually a Medium in Sports Bra and found the Medium to fit me well in this brand after my lift. It does fit very compressive but that was the goal. ... show more

I used to never run because I did not have a good sports bra. This bra has made me able to workout in comfort with little to no bounce. That includes long runs, HIIT, cycling, and more.
