This chair is great! Very comfortable, and I really like the sleek look of it. If I had a bigger space, I'd like to have a couple more of these around a coffee table. Assembly was easy, if not a bit tedious - there's a lot of bolts that you have to ratchet in when connecting all of the parts - all hardware and tools are included in the packaging. The cushions are super comfy. I definitely recommend letting them air out to inflate more after getting them out of the packaging - the manufacturer recommends 48 or more hours, I didn't wait that long, but they still fluffed up nicely. One thing to note: this chair is BIG. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures. Keep that in mind if you have a smaller space you plan on putting it in. ... show more

I wasn’t sure at first how I liked it… I was not expecting it to be as wide as it is. I thought it would be like four inches narrower. However, it’s so unbelievably comfortable. The pillows just mold to your body. I have lower back pain and the angle you sit in actually relieves my back pain. I will agree with other reviews that the pillows were a bit uncomfortable and chunky feeling (based on filling), but they do fluff up well and if you really abuse them, like punch them and throw them against the wall, really get your anger out after you unroll them. The pillows do become softer and more flexible. But you really gotta be aggressive with them. The arm rests are metal and I actually really like where they are placed because when I’m lounging my elbow is parallel to my shoulder. Overall, the chair is comfortable and wide for you to sit criss cross applesauce. Definitely recommend it ... show more

I love this product! It’s aesthetically pleasing, it’s very comfy, covers are machine washable (a must when having small children), soft fabric, easy to put together takes about 20 mins each chair. The price point is amazing for such a big accent chair. Looks way more expensive than it was. It’s very light weight to move around. I took the plunge and bought 4 and I have zero regrets for now. I had it on my wish list until it went on a lower price and that was even better. My only “complain” would be that it be even better if they would sell the covers by themselves so we could change them up while washing, other than that if you are thinking about this chair just buy it. ... show more

I like the style and it's comfy. The frame appears sturdy, but there's an issue with the crossbar screw hole alignment. It's challenging to secure it without applying a lot of force, and I'm concerned it might damage the screw or threads.
