It will not be the most comfortable mattress you have ever slept on however, perfect for a guest/day bed. I them in my office where I have a trundle day bed. They came nicely packaged and were easy to open up. For the price and convenience, I think this is an option. This set arrived compressed in plastic. However, it was not boxed. It arrived with a puncture through the plastic and outermost mattress. Needing the beds for immediate use and knowing for a fact that the inner mattress was not affected, we opened the package. For growing children, they are comfortable (and have induced longer sleep) and a bit bouncy (bunk bed users beware if you have jumpers). Truthfully, they are between good to great quality. These were purchased to be used on separate (single) bed frames rather than bunks. BUT... Who on earth, especially those without personal vehicles, find satisfaction in returning one or multiple mattresses due to damages incurred prior to delivery? I could hardly lift the compressed duo of mattresses as is. Regarding the damaged product, I contacted Amazon who advised to contact Zinus directly. My immediate and initial contact with Zinus was via phone then email (photos, proof of damage) and was told that I'd be receiving a replacement. Following this initial contact, a separate correspondence arrived via email stating I will not be receiving a replacement (due to out of stock) and to contact Amazon since that's where it was purchased... but if you try to contact the seller at all regarding this product, it directs you straight to Zinus. The back-and-forth, being instructed and advised differently made this one headache. In the end, Amazon rectified the situation. I hope Zinus takes into consideration boxed protection for something so thinly protected. ... show more
