I bought this mattress because of the reviews, but honestly almost cancelled before it arrived because I thought, "how good can a bed in a box really be?" Well, let me tell you, this did not disappoint! First of all it said it takes about 72 hours to completely decompress, but really it only took less than 10 minutes! There was NO smell and it had the perfect amount of support for me. Not too hard and not too soft. My body feels so much better and I look forward to sleeping each night now after spending the past year on a Tempur-Pedic, which was not a good mattress for me. Waited until after the 72 hour decompress period to write this review because I was suspicious. But as I suspected the mattress did not grow to the full 8 inch height. Only about 7 inches after about 4 days. Haven't slept on it yet as I was trying to let it fully decompress, but needless to say I'm very annoyed that for the price it's not even the right size.
