Light is bright. I put it in the laundry room above the sink so I could have good light in that spot. The negative is the metal strip. Will not stay flat and hold the light. So, I put small tacks on each end to hold it in place. Now the light will stay attached to the metal strip.

Easy to use. It’s very bright… a bit too bright at times. I wish you could set it to different levels of brightness. Battery life is decently long. Motion detection could be better. Overall decent product.

Simple, cheap and works well. I ordered one to put over a spot in my garage, it worked so well I bought two more. One is now in another location in my garage. The rocket scientist who built my house didn’t put a light switch near the door from the side yard, as a result I’ve had to navigate in the dark if I came in the that way at night, now a light comes on that lets me see where I’m going. The motion sensor is sensitive, one was placed in a recess to pick up the opening lid of a trash can, it lights up when I walk by even though you can’t see the light. The light stays on for about 20 seconds and stays on if you keep tripping the motion detector. The magnetic mounting is brilliant, stick it on, worked well so far, and the light stays put but you can pull it down with a slight tug to charge. No idea how long a charge lasts or how long to charge, all three are still working on the charge they had when I opened the box. Really nice to add light in unlit, out of the way spots without electrical work or the guilt of buying and tossing batteries. ... show more

These are awesome!! I got one for above my stove and it was so bright i decided to try it for above my sink and for being 12” long and small i can’t believe how bright these are and work amazing. i bought the one thinking it would be perfect for just above the stove for a little light at night and bought another one the next day because i was so amazed how bright it it was and lit up that area of my kitchen so well. Not to mention how simple it is to charge them and not have to keep replacing batteries. best 12.99 for one then another 12.99 for the second one i have spent in along time!! I give this 5 stars all the way around. I highly recommend this light for anywhere you need a bright light and the fact it’s magnetic and i didn’t have to read directions and mark spots and put holes in walls is perfect!! I plan to buy 4 more soon for my sons room, one for my laundry room and my two closets!! ... show more

Handy size and responsive. Magnetic strip is wonderful. So many options for placement. Does not hold change but for 3 hours before dimming. Light pattern is narrow and focused. Not useful for me as over desk light. Wish I could return it. -- UPDATE...company contacted me and WOW really great customer service. Full refund. I really loved these lights. They are bright and easy to install. I liked that they are rechargeable and charge quickly. Problem is that after 6 months the charge doesn't last as long as and the sensors are not working as well. They are turning on and staying on at random times without being triggered. Bought this light to install over cabinets that I didn’t want to install electric lights. Light was easy to install and is very bright. I love how long the light lasts between charges. I did have an issue with the auto sensor, it stop working so i contacted the company and they quickly replaced the light immediately. I have had no problems with the new light. I would highly recommend this light if you want a bright light with an easy install. Great company also that stands behind their products. ... show more
