It was easy to set up with 2 people. It is too heavy to pick up alone but with 2 is reasonable to carry upstairs. The sound is great and I like the weighted keys and pedals. Overall very happy with this piano! Perfect for an alternative to a traditional piano for us.

If you are looking for a decent beginners piano I think this is worth the money. Now I am not an expert pianist but this is my hobby level thoughts. + Star: Assembly was a breeze. Once you struggle to get it inside as it is heavy. Thankfully I opened the door as they were delivering it and requested they bring it in.. with a smile please. The assemble took me under an hour (fairly handy and needed to set it up before the kids woke up). I suggest you ask for an extra hand when placing the top keyboard piece on as that has weight to it and you are trying to line up well. + Star: This design is beautiful in any space. The beige was not my first choice in color but thankfully that was the only color they at the time as the kids recommend it. Works well in its space. + Star: Notes are pretty good. We tested as many instruments and demo songs as we could before distractions. There are many... so have at it. Pedestals work which is a plus for these cost friendly pianos. + Star: Hours of kids having fun learning one of the greatest musical instruments. It's nice hearing it instead of video games. - Star: None yet.. but hey Solos Review always updates.. stay tuned. ... show more

I am having so much fun with this piano. The sound quality is really good. You can set the timbre to grand piano and it is great. The weighted keys are so nice and I think it gives the same touch as some grand pianos I have played on. The size is perfect for smaller places and apartments. The fact that you can adjust the volume is also a great plus. I have years of playing behind me and I am very happy with this instrument. One person cannot put this together. That being said, it is quite easy to assemble with 2 people. It is heavy also, so make sure you have someone who will be able to help you lift the keyboard. I bought this to learn Piano and so far so good. I assembled it by myself and it was tricker than anticipated because the top is so heavy but I was able to get it put together with minimal cussing. The sound quality is good enough that the app I'm using to learn piano picks up the notes just fine which is all I need it for. It also looks nice in the corner and the keys feel much more real than a regular keyboard. ... show more

I'm an intermediate pianist but haven't played in some time since I didn't have a piano of my own. As a long time piano lover and player, getting another piano into my home was like regaining a little lost piece of myself. I was very concerned that since this one is electronic it would sound and feel cheap and artificial. It's WAY better than a keyboard, but not quite a clavinova. Definitely closer to an actual piano than any keyboard I've played. I like the touch sensitivity but it seems to be reversed to what it says on the piano, no big, I just pick the strong one. This is a classy and beautiful addition to any space and much easier to move than any regular piano, but still super sturdy and it doesn't rock back and forth or wiggle when you play on it. This item arrived even faster than anticipated, was extremely well packaged inside and out. The box is large and very heavy ~ 90-ish lbs, so don't plan to unpack it alone unless you are very strong. It assembled quite easily ~ one thing to note ~ not all of the pre-drilled holes show upon first glance; some are covered with the finish, but you will note a small indentation where the holes are, and just poking through that thin film with the provided screw driver was all that was needed. It looks beautiful ~ we do not have room for a baby grand in our home, which would be our first choice for our adult daughter. This takes up a small footprint, looks very nice (we selected the white), and will be a surprise for her 40th b'day. She doesn't live in our home anymore, but she is here for long weekends at least each month. This will bring her a lot of joy! And one day, she may have an apartment large enough to include this piano in her own home as it will be easily transported. Until she has enough room, it will be very lovely in ours. ... show more

    • Basic Keyboard in a Cute looking Stand

I couldn’t find a way to contact the manufacturer directly (it would only let me chat with Amazon) so I thought I would let everyone know instead. We are probably going to return this. It sounds worse than our old cheap Yamaha keyboard…like the cheapest Yamaha keyboard from over 10 years ago. The weighted keys feel pretty nice and it looks cute but that’s about it. It isn’t built that well, the front part of the keyboard dust cover arrived bent, a screw insert on the back is stripped so if I ever need to get inside to fix anything I can’t without a lot of work because of that stripped screw, and it appears there is ZERO WARRANTY. The warranty part in the so called manual isn’t even filled out and the whole listing doesn’t mention a length of time. So you have an almost $600 piano that would be a paper weight if something breaks. I could accept these things if this was in the $350 range but not almost $600. I can get a Roland from Costco cheaper than that but it doesn’t look as good but at least it would sound good and have a 5 year warranty. ... show more

The piano works well and sounds great. I have no complaints about the sound or weighted keys. All of that is correct and true. However, it came with a pinched up corner. You can tell it happened in production because it was dried that way. Also the box was in perfect condition. We unboxed it very carefully so as not to scratch it and this is what we found. I am in the process of talking with them now to see how they want to rectify this issue. We shall see. ... show more
