This marker is truly gold. I used this on craft project that needed to look like 14K gold and it did the trick. The quality is superb and does not fade. The marker fluid covered my project in one pass. I did have to go back and touch up my mistakes. I like that there is a thick side to this marker and a very thin marker. Very pleased with the color and quality...but dried out very quickly. Probably lasted about 2 or 3 projects and that was it. We kept with the cap tightly on, with our other "fancier" pens, but still had to throw them out. Disappointed.

I have a chrome marker and there is a big difference in the reflective surface of anything drawn with it and this gold marker. It's still a nice marker and works well. It's just not chrome. I do love that it has two sizes of tips to use.

You want gold? This is the most metallic, shiny gold you'll see. The design is great, you push to make it flow. Color doesnt bleed. Nice value. I'd definitely order more.

    • Tips do not flow smoothly

Like all paint pens, the fine tip does not keep working more than the first couple of minutes. Nothing will clear it and make it work. The ink is an OK color but it dries very fast on the tips and then you have a pen that does not work.
