  • Finally, a certified HDMI 2.1 in-wall cable!
Size: 4m/13ft
I needed a certified HDMI 2.1 cable for in-wall use. It actually took some doing searching here on Amazon. Many brands are either not certified, or do not have a version for in-wall use. And some that do have no markings at all on the cable itself. This cable has it all. Certified 48 Gbps HDMI 2.1 and CL3 rated. Outside of cable as well as package box and literature all repeat these ratings. The cable is quite stiff, but if you take your time, you can work to either straighten or have it bend a bit. It won't be able to fit in extremely tight spots where you'd quickly need a 90 degree change in direction. But if you have about 4 inches of space, you can easily make that work without getting anywhere near having kinks or risk of damaging the cable. I did find that the overall thickness of this cable was slightly thinner than an older 12 Gbps rated CL2 cable that this replaced. I only installed this tonight so usage if it has been minimal. But I did test content from three different sources (various streaming content on Apple TV, Blu-ray (HD), and cable. I haven't seen any glitches with copy-protected content. This is a simple passive type cable, so I cannot imagine any issues. This particular cable is used to connect our receiver's main HDMI output to our TV. If this brand continues to prove solid, I would definitely pick up their other cables over time as we upgrade source equipment for 4K. ... show more

  • Samsung Users: 4K 120 works, just be in the right mode!
Size: 5m/16ft
I almost forgot to make sure I was set to game mode when plugging up my pc. Once it was on Game Mode, the options for 120hz showed up under display. HDR works, 4k works, 120hz works. TV in use: Samsung QN90B

  • Fixed my Apple TV Problems - and perfect for new Xbox Series X!
Size: 5m/16ft
I bought an Apple TV a while ago and I thought it was terrible. Its menu screen would blink sporadically, and movies would blink on and off while I was playing them. When I played the Pandora app the music would continuously cut in and out and the screen would continuously blink. I was beyond frustrated. Then I realized that it was connected wirelessly to my home internet, so I figured there was a good chance that the wireless connection was the problem. Hence, I hardwired it to my router with a high quality Cat 8 ethernet cable to ensure a good, steady, and fast connection. But still, all of the problems persisted. After about 6 months I was about to consider the Apple TV experiment a lost cause and find a new solution. In one last ditch effort I thought maybe, just maybe, the HDMI cable connecting it to my Nakamichi soundbar could be the issue, even though I believed it to be high quality. I chose to research Ultra High Speed HDMI cables, even though my expectations were very low that this would solve anything. I bought two just to be safe. One I connected from my Apple TV to my soundbar, and the other I used to connect my soundbar to my TV (using the ARC connection). Once I received these cables I hooked everything up and viola - everything worked perfectly! I was very skeptical at first, but figured having new cables would be useful eventually anyway, so there was no harm in trying. I'm so glad I did. Now I love my Apple TV - finally. Since that worked I bought a couple more to hook up my Xbox One X, and now my brand new Xbox Series X (which I just received today) to my TV. The cables work amazingly well. They are super well-constructed and shielded, yet flexible enough to easily make the required connections. I'm telling you, I thought all HDMI cables were basically equal - but I found out that is not the case at all. These Ultra HD High Speed Cables make a real difference. Technology is outgrowing the previous version of HDMI cables (HDMI 2.0), but these are compatible with the new HDMI 2.1 standard and can move far more video and audio data perfectly. And for the price I consider these cables one of the best investments I have made in a long time. I take pride in my TV and component setup, and now my entertainment consoles and components work flawlessly together with my brand new TV. I never thought that a high-end entertainment system could be derailed by an HDMI cable, which I considered a mere formality just to facilitate the connections. Not anymore. And the price is right on point. If I purchase anything else that needs an HDMI connection, I am buying this brand again for sure. I will not so much as look at another brand or type of cable. One disclaimer: I cannot speak to how they work with 8K displays, because my new TV is a 4K HDR OLED TV, but they give me a great picture and support the latest gaming features, such as VRR (variable refresh rate). Although it sounds like I'm a hardcore gamer, I'm really quite casual - I just want the latest features to work since the components support the technology. I give this product 5 stars for sure. They rectified my initially miserable Apple TV experience and work with the latest gaming and TV technology. Who could ask for anything more? I probably sound like I work for the company or something, but if you view my profile you'll see I've reviewed tons of products over the years, and I have no affiliation to this or any other product I've reviewed. I purchased them on a long shot, just like anyone else. It just so happened to turn out that they were exactly the product I needed. I recommend these emphatically! F-I-V-E Stars! ... show more

  • Certified for 8K and CL3 in Wall Rated, both works perfectly for me.
Size: 4m/13ft
Comes in a sturdy box with the authentication hologram, when scanned, shows that the cable is genuine and certified. the cables are thick and material quality is superb. Bought 2 of them, one for sonos arc and one for PS5. Getting the full 120Hz connection for 4K. Can't test the 8K yes, but hopefully it should work. Wanted to future proof in advance since it's going inside the wall and won't be coming out anytime soon. ... show more
