If I'm like anyone else, I dislike having to contact a company after I receive something. One of the poles had paint scrapped off and was missing a pole. It happens. When I messaged them they got right back to me with an answer, not a million questions or did I do this or do that. Everything so far looks great with the appearance. Everything I was missing plus a part I said had paint chipped off. Always nice to have extra. Was fairly easy to do with two people. We did put a allen wrench in a screw gun which saved hours on assembly. Also the curtains are very heavy duty. Can't wait to try them out in the winter. ... show more

Arrived within two days of order in three separate boxes. I was pleasantly surprised that the boxes arrived in pristine condition and were not damaged during transit. The assembly took 2 days between 2 people and was relatively straightforward. The wood grain design is clean and very stylish. I am impressed with the sloped roof and integrated ventilation design. The gazebo was assembled in 8 hours with 2 people as opposed to the 2 days the instructions recommend so that was great. There were written instructions and a link to a video which was helpful. It is of good quality and we are very happy with it. The best part was the outstanding customer service that came along with the purchase. The gazebo was way easier to put together than I thought it was going to be . The only issue I have is the small sliders that holds the walks, are light plastic and break super easy. But the manufacturer is sending me replacement parts. Once I get the parts it will definitely be a 5 star review.
