  • Almost Perfect for what I need
I have been using this machine daily for a week, and for now, I'm giving it a 4.5 star. It's suitable for small spaces, has the strength to wash clothes clean, and is easy to use without the useless instruction that comes with the product. And here are some tips and details for you if you're having troubles like I did or considering a purchase of this washing machine: 1. You can use a bucket to get the water in. But if you want to use the tube, which comes in the box, to connect to your faucet, you must have a fitted faucet or a suitable faucet adapter. I found this Danco Dishwasher Faucet Adapter (The left one in my third picture) to be a perfect fit; it's also on amazon. When you join the tube, push it all the way in (see picture four), so it won't leak or come off. Remember to hold the part that connects to the water inlet side; the tube may come off due to water pressure. 2. The water level label is on the back side of the machine (See the up-left corner of my second picture, the one that shows the inside part). It labels Low, Medium, and High levels. It would be best to keep the water level below the H mark so the water won't come out from the right-side drain tube. 3. For the drainage part, first, ensure this machine is higher than your drain outlet. Then all you need to do is unhook the right-side drain tube and quickly put it down towards your drain outlet. I use my toilet for this, and it works fantastic. 4. As other reviews said, the spin function has a lot of issues. It is noisy and shakes like crazy, but the worst part is that it will melt the bottom of the spin basket, and you need to be very careful if you want to use this function. My suggestions are, first, no more than 3 minutes at a time; Second, while holding the machine when it spins, put down the drain tube to let the water out, and stop the machine as soon as the water flow is small. I'm not having any melting problems for now, but I can't guarantee that it won't melt even if you do as I do. After a quick spin, the cloth will still be pretty wet, but it won't be dripping. Overall, this mini washing machine is one of the best purchases I have ever made on Amazon. I feel so good now that I don't have to share that one machine with all the other people living in my apartment. And my clothes are as clean as they come from a giant washing machine. ... show more

  • Very good
I had this washer now for 3 years until I got a automatic portable machine this year and it still works perfectly, and I have to say it has held me down during the COVID for less frequent visits to laundromats and washes clothes pretty effectively. The only thing is, you can’t overload it, you can comfortably wash one entire light outfit such as tights, shirts, bras, socks, light full size throw, light jeans, baby clothes, it can even fit one fitted light queen size sheet, one small body towel fits in here (except for spinning, will have to drip dry and wring out). You cannot use this machine to wash heavy materials or fabrics, such as huge comforters, heavy linen or Jersey cotton knit sheets. I was able to wash my tshirts yoga pants, yoga shorts, bras, underwear, socks just fine. Be mindful of the water line, don’t use super hot water, or bleach as it is plastic and can break down. Warm water is ok, The spin cycle is ok but you can’t add too much into it, it’s is best for one short and a shirt at a time and that’s it. I got a Lavario brand Drip dry clothes rack along with this machine (about 100 dollars) and it helped with letting clothes air dry and can drip because it has a bucket piece on the bottom to catch the water, as long as you point a fan towards it you should be good, give it a full day and it will be dry. Doesn’t use a lot of electricity to work, great for RV’s and traveling, it’s super light weight and the agitator is pretty strong as long as you don’t over load it, I hope this review helps. ... show more

  • Love it
I really wanted a small washing machine for my thin blouses, dresses, bras and panties as the constant hand washing was tedious. This lets me wash those delicates all at once. It's efficient and I really like it, if the spinner were better it would get 5 stars. Let me fill you in on this machine. It's compact at 20 inches tall (reached my knees) and about one foot wide. The mouth of the hose to fill it up with water is too small for most faucets, so just bucket fill. Washes great but clothes do bunch up and twist in there so you might want to un- bunch while it's running. One rinse cycle seems like enough (for me) probably best to use HE detergent for less suds. Gravity drain meaning, elevate the machine so the exit hose has room to release itself or try leaving it in the tub. I have a shelf on the tub making it easier for me to pull stuff out instead of bending over so much. Let's talk about the spinner, the spinner is is the white plastic bucket, it has a thin white lid that is inserted into the bucket which would cover the clothes while it is spinning. Someone posted about washing with the spinner inside, sticking the clothes into the spinner and then washing. That's not how this machine works, do not do that, you will break the spinner. The spinner is not for washing clothes, it's for extracting water from your garments after you have washed your clothes. So let's talk about that: After rinsing and letting the water out (with the side hose) I wring the clothes before putting them into the spinner. The spinner goes into the machine and needs to align with the ridges at the bottom, then put the clothes into the spinner and cover with the lid. The spinner does shake like crazy while running, someone mentioned the clothes needs to be evenly distributed inside the spinner to avoid that. I haven't figured out how to evenly distribute the clothes in the spinner to avoid the rocking and shaking. Might need more experience trying it out in order to figure that out. The clothes do come out damp after spinning and drip a little water so be mindful should you have wood floors and leave them hanging somewhere other than the tub. While on the spin cycle, you might want to stand by and hold down the machine as the machine has enough momentum to fall off a shelf. I would give this machine 5 stars if the spinner were better. The machine overall feels a bit pricey but if it lasts for a few years then it was worth it. ... show more
