This thing feels somewhat cheap, and seeing dozens of the same exact ones on Amazon under different names, you know it's just a cheap mass-produced no name item, but... It's surprisingly fun to use! Our whole family loves it, and we use it every day. Trying to see who can do more. I do feel it in my muscles as well. I bought this ab trainer in late June 2023, and already I notice positive results! I haven't quite reached my goals, but my stomach area is tighter and has more definition. Same goes for my arms. I am really pleased with this product; it is exactly what I was seeking - something simple I can use, without any back strain. Somehow this machine makes working the abs so much more fun than doing sit-ups, which I hate. You can absolutely FEEL the burn!! Not sure that the independent glides are worthwhile - for one thing, the display counter only counts the left side, not the right. However, I do like doing it "together" and then independently, if only because it's easier on me. We bought a similar machine and this one is much more sturdy, although the other one is fine (doesn't have independent glides). I would recommend this machine if you're looking for an awesome AB workout. ... show more
