Recently bought my 2012 F150 FX4 and was looking for some ideas to spruce it up. A long trip on some backroads at night, and I knew I had to look at lights. New headlights were out of my price range so I thought I would start with fogs. Came upon these when browsing for LED bulbs. Thought for around the same price, why not check them out. Liked what I read and saw in the ad and pulled the trigger. Live in Canada and ordered around Christmas so thought I'd have to wait awhile. They arrived in about a week. Impressed. They were packaged very well and I was impressed with the build quality. Next step, install. Was breeze. Had old ones out and new ones in in under 20 mins. Left wheels on. Didn't think it was worth the time to Jack up the truck and take off tires. I'm impressed with the light output. They are bright. Need to go back to adjust them up a bit more. But had to go to work so that'll wait until tomorrow. Loving the look of them. The darker housing makes the fog light area of the truck look meaner and fit the black/white look I'm going with. The OEM fogs stood out like a sore thumb. I highly recommend these lights. Great value, easy to install and build quality are what stand out. ... show more

I purchased these lights after replacing A LOT of bulbs, trying to find something that would work, and work well. I kept seeing these projector style LED lights and finally just ordered them. HOLY SWEET MOTHER! They are BRIGHT! You could almost just drive with these, but I woudn't advise that, considering your headlights will have further reach and projection. Anywho, these lights have very good, even light dispersion and undercut fog like a knife. If seeing things at night or seeing the road inclement weather is important to you, and you own an 09-14 Ford F-150, BUY THEM! You WILL NOT regret it. ... show more

I looked around quite a bit before deciding on these. They matched the overall look of my pickup so I ordered them Monday evening, they were delivered Wednesday and after about 15 minutes install time, all done. Very happy with the look and especially the ease of installation. It was pop them in, install the leveling screw and spring, and plug them in. The first picture is just the dim lights, the second picture is just the dim lights and fog lights. Literally a night and day difference. My driveway dips down so the front of the pickup is higher than the back in these pictures, the actual beams hit about 8 to 10 inches lower when it's on level ground. We'll see how they do over time but as of now, I would absolutely recommend these to a friend and will probably buy a set for my wife's 2014 Expedition. ... show more

    • Big improvement over OE halogen fog lamps.
Upon opening the box, the first thing I noticed was the lack of instructions. But, I crawled under the front bumper of my '14 F150 to see what would need to be done. I did not jack up the front end. My truck has a 2" leveling kit and 33" tires so there was enough room to get under the bumper. Unplugged the factory connector and removed 3 10mm bolts and the old assembly pretty much dropped out. Removed the adjusting screw and popped out the spring. The tricky part was prying out the ears on the factory housing to release the halogen assembly without breaking the tabs. A judicious application of force and the lights separated from the housing. I reversed the process using the factory springs and adjusting screw to complete assembly. The factory J nuts slip around on the frame a bit when reinstalling the assembly but that wasn't a bit deal. These lights are polar so if they don't work at first, reverse the plug. All told, about thirty minutes to install using a 10mm socket, flat blade screwdriver and a Phillips to adjust. These lights are much brighter than the factory halogen with a flat, wide beam. The plastic on the lens is soft and easily scratched so a good coat of wax is probably a good idea. ... show more

Installed these in my 2013 F-150 almost 18 months ago and they still work perfectly. The color is a nice white LED color, fit perfectly in the fog light holes.

The media could not be loaded. Did not come with instructions but the install is very straight forward. Both lights work for either side and they can only be mounted one way and plugged in one way so no way to mess that up. I recommend doing them one at a time, get one installed and adjust it to match the factory one. The housing is nice and the light is bright with a nice pattern. These lights are bright and catch atyention. Great for extra visibility. I like the black back ground. After 2 years of service ive uswd tjem daily and even as daytime running lights. They have recent began to vibrate and shake while the adjustment mechanism/ spring and screw to raise and lower beam. Other than that. I love 'em!! Great buy! Purchase them. ... show more
