It gets my heart rate up and I move around all over and it is just plain fun to get to the point where I can hit the ball over and over. I fell for all the ads on my phone for this game. I bought it for a Christmas gift and when I ordered it, it was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. For some reason, the seller changed the delivery date after I purchased it and it arrived after Christmas. I tried to cancel the order but couldn't. Even worse, when we tried it, it was useless. Not at all like the advertising. The ball is small and attached by a very thin elastic - like those wooden paddle balls. There was no way to control the ball, it flies all over the place. This really needs a more substantial cord to work as shown. I should have just given a paddle ball for Christmas. It would have been used more. I returned item but be warned, you have to ship it back via USPS requiring a trip to the post office to mail. The company received my package per USPS tracking last week and it still says 'waiting for return'. I have not received my refund 5 days after they received the return. Maybe they had so many returns because the product stinks, that they can't get through them all. Still waiting for refund. Wish I had never bought this overpriced junk. The string is a little long as i am only 5ft tall but in the introduction they tell you how to shorten it but let me tell you this is very addicting and challenging once you get the hang of it it is so much fun and a good cheap workout!

Although it was fun to use, I ultimately found myself paying for an app that didn't work correctly. It kept crashing and freezing, which led me to delete it from my phone. Right after I installed the BoxBollen app, I began experiencing issues with two other apps that started to freeze and not load. Very fun product. I bought it for a gift for others after buying one and trying it out. I also bought a cheaper competitor version as well. The bollen is worth the additional money. The size of the bollen ball is bigger so the string does not get in the way. I can hit the bollen ball 174 times without a miss, but with other brand, only in 30's before the string gets in the way.
