    • The port to charge the unit doesn't work

I got this unit and as soon as it arrived I tried it out. It seemed as though it was charged and ready to go but It stopped after about 15 minutes showing the battery needed to be charged. I took out the charging cord and tried to input the cord into the port on the device and it didn't fit all the way. There's something wrong with the angle and location of the port on the machine that doesn't allow the male end of the charging cord to be inserted fully. So, after plugging it in as far as I could and leaving it for well over an hour there was no charge which means the machine is defective because of the location of the charging port. It's at a weird angle. I wouldn't buy it again I wouldn't advise anybody else to buy it. I have no idea how somebody can rate it five stars when it's completely defective. I got it today. I was looking for something comparable to a $400 unit that I was trying. I was really intrigued with the claims for both the expensive device and this device. The features of this device were better in my opinion. The head of the device is the perfect size and can be used vertically on the forehead, cheeks and nose. The heated setting is really nice and works better than the pricier product. I don't know about the claims with any LED therapy product but I love using this as part of my face routine. There were complaints about the device not charging or holding the charge. I found the same thing and almost returned it but once I figured out the connector doesn't go all the way in like a traditional charger it kept its charge. I just make sure the charging light is on. Average charge for me so far is approx 5 days with daily use. Hoping they fix this flaw. There are several versions of this device that perhaps have a better charger fit but for the price I think this works well. ... show more

Not sure if it's the product or my expectations are too high. I'm 44 years old and have ok skin. Never had acne issues or pore complaints a day in my life. But sun damage and genetics (I have very thin skin that loses elasticity quickly) I feel that only high end, high chemical products will help my wrinkles or Botox. And I'm not willing to do either. So this tool feels amazing when I'm using it. I do see that my skin has a glow and is smooth and soft right after using. So for those reasons I do use it in the morning to wake my skin up or before going out, to get that glow. But there are no long term noticeable benefits to this. I saw this facial massager sculpting on Tik Tok and I had to buy it. I honestly don’t trust buying through Tik Tok. Definitely would recommend this 10/10. Also, where u charge it, I didn’t have no problem.
