This review is for YTCHYYSK brand (sold by YTCHYYSK) Filter Cleaning Brush for Dyson Airwrap HS01 Hair Styler. I know, the manufacturer states it’s not for a Dyson hairdryer - but my hubby will tell you I don’t always follow the directions and/or rules. I felt the price point allowed me to purchase to give it a try. It is a bit larger than what I needed to use on my hair dryer filter, but it did work to brush off the accumulated “fur”. I always like to think outside the box - and in this case, it worked for me (even though it wasn’t supposed to). I am a happy camper with a clean filter! Thank you for reading my review. I have the Shark Flexstyle and I was really hoping this product would work on it to get rid of all the fuzz and fluff that gets trapped in there. Well, it did! The makers of this little product have made me one happy little camper!! It is made well, very sturdy that flimsy cheap plastic. I’ve always just used an old toothbrush to scrub off my AirWrap filter, but this is a far easier and more elegant solution. You just pop it over the cord, slide it into place, twist and blow off a few times, and it’s all clean. I tried it on my Dyson hairdryer, too, and while it’s a little oversized for that filter, it’s useable and still better than a toothbrush. I love my Dyson appliances and want them to live forever— this little gizmo will help! ... show more

    • This brush did get a lot of the lint off of my Airwrap, but it left bristles behind.

I used this brush to clean the lint trap on my Dyson Airwrap. It fit pretty good around the filter, and then I ran it over the filter. It picked up the lint easily, and seemed to work pretty well. That is until I noticed multiple bristles stuck in my Airwrap. Luckily I was able to wrench them out, and everything is fine now. I will not be using this brush on my Dyson Airwrap again. It's not flimsy at all - can slip it through the cord and use it to scrub the filter and filter cover of the supersonic hair dryer (tried with my HD07 and worked reasonably well).

This really does a good job of cleaning the filter in my air wrap. Very easy to use. Highly recommended!

    • Not flimsy at all
The media could not be loaded. This is exactly like the Dyson filter cleaning brush that came with my Airwrap. It plastic outer circle is firm. The bristles are firm yet flexible, just like the original one in my Airwrap case. Enough said.
