The bolt hole on the seat cushion was misaligned for the arm. It took a good bit of gently bending it to allow for the arm to bolt in. The lumbar position cushion is difficult to place with the two non-adjustable straps. If they were adjustable in length it would be easier. The seat works fine and it is comfortable. I have no idea if I got the right bolt in the right hole. The directions were not exactly well done. For now, it's together. The quality of the chair is "economy". I am sure it will be gone in 5 years. But, it's ok for now. ... show more

I bought this gaming chair for my boyfriend because we didn’t have a computer chair and it was affecting his back. I didn’t have a big budget but he liked this design and so we bought it. It feels cheaper then it looks and the leg or foot extender isn’t the most comfortable. The cushion is nice but the up and down mechanism failed to work after the first month so now it’s constantly down and the lowest it will sit. Not too low to feel uncomfortable but if we had a higher desk this would work for us anymore. It does recline a great deal if you would want that, but we don’t really use that feature.
