    • The product is not suitable for young girls.
This was second dance mat that I have received. The first did not work properly so I returned it, and purchased, what I thought was a better mat. The problem with this one it is to provocative for young ladies, unless you are raising them to be strippers. I gave this to my Gdaughters, ages 4 to 10, and the mother was very upset with some of the dancing on it. I would have returned it but missed my return date by 8 days. This is definitely fun and has so much to choose from. The only reason I didn't give it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to graphics. They arnt that good. But overall we enjoy it

Great gaming mat, especially for the price. We love it and have spent time as a family playing on it. It’s easy to use and store away when done. The material of the mat appears to be good quality and it was clean with no defects or sour smells.

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: After posting my review assuming it was too late to return, I was contacted by the seller who issued a full refund. I will definitely buy this again and hope it works longer than a couple weeks. I bought this for Christmas last year and didn’t get to even open the box until September. We used it for 1 weekend and the next weekend it stopped working. Obviously can’t return it but I’m extremely disappointed because it was such a hit with my 4 year old son. Bought this for my daughter's birthday. Thought it would be fun and she would get some use out of it. She had so much fun with it that I had to try it after getting my but handed to me. I practice a little and found myself playing some of the games in the middle of the night. Just wish it had better songs on to choose from. Or songs that are more updated. Other than that the games are cool the mat is strong it's almost like having a wii. I would recommend purchasing this item just for all the games.. ... show more

We have had this item for over 6 months now, and the excitement has wore off. The mat is basically useless as the arrows on the screen go way to fast for her to keep up. The AR mode is hard to match up with in order for the system to "see" what you are doing. The songs available are not none, and some are in a foreign language and the stuff displayed on the TV are delayed and very early Apple computer era graphics. The controllers can be used vertically or horizontally and HAVE to be used one way or the other for each game. So, you have to lookup the game on the print out they give you and then remember how the controller works in each position. For a 6 year old, this is too much work. Its just wasting space at this point. Since my window for return is up, I will probably just thow it all away. Not sure it would even be worth it to donate it sadly. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ I was worried about this purchase based on how much cheaper it was compared to other game mats. I am so glad I went with it! Setup was straightforward, but make sure you have 6 AAA batteries on hand. Be mindful that the game controllers are used vertically OR horizontally based on the game! It will tell you on the bottom of the screen of each game which way you need it. Makes a big difference! Keep the pamphlet that comes with the game! It explains all the games. We are having issues with the AR games because there is barely enough room between the camera and where we can stand because if the way my living room is setup. Also, be sure and have enough lighting! It’s a small camera, but has a large viewing range. Distances and lighting matters. My 6 year old loves it and even started it herself the other day! My only issues are that the music in the AR gets distorted, the dances aren’t instructional and can be hard to follow even in the easy level. At this point, the mat is useless for my kiddo. She is using the system completely without the mat. Maybe as she gets older we can add the mat back. Overall, highly recommend! ... show more
