The Yost Vises SA-340 4" aluminum vise jaw caps attach to and cover a set of 4"-wide serrated vise jaws to shield delicate work from damage and meet Federal Specification GGG-C-00137B. The caps are made of aluminum for durability, and the polished finish creates a smooth surface to prevent the clamped item from being marred. Each cap has pliable tangs that fold over the serrated vise jaw to hold the cap in place.
