I purchased these to keep my sketchbook and drawings in general attatched to the drawing board I have. I needed something thick enough to hold the sketchbook and something that wouldn’t easily damage the pages when they were wet with watercolor etc. These work excellent for the purpose and my partner and I have found use for them in so many ways. Keeping glued things clamped together, hanging heavier things like comforters out to dry and so forth. You’ll find a lot of strange uses for these little things. That being said, the orange bits will come off but they’re easy enough to snap back on. Oh.     • These work great for small projects
I tried using them for hanging a green screen and learned they were too small for what I was doing. All the orange things started popping off. But for small projects they work great. My husband has already repurposed them for his golf re-gripping and they work great for that. Also for smaller craft projects. But for trying to hang a green screen on top of blinds they were too small for - and that’s on me. ... show more

These are no frills baby spring clamps. Inexpensive with decent spring force. The orange grip pads are just plastic and pop off very easily when rotated backwards. I have a large cattle panel arch in my garden. These clips are perfect for helping to guide plants up the trellis. They are a good size for holding both the stem and the panel wiring with a little extra room for future plant growth. I have had issues with larger clips needing 2 hands to squeeze open.     • Not that great
These would be wonderful if the orange pads cooperated. I have yet to use these where I didn't lose a pad, or have it pop off at least once. It happens putting them on something, and taking them off. The cause is either the black plastic holding it on is too thin, or the soft plastic the pad is made out of is too flexible. Either way, while they work, the tendency for the protective pads to make often successful and occasionally permanent breaks for freedom makes them awkward, if not frustrating, to use. If you're keen to make a project just a little bit harder to do, these are awesome at tweaking the old blood pressure up another 10 mm/Hg. OTOH, if you're trying to avoid life-altering, adverse cerebral vascular events strokes, and are willing to spend a bit more for something that won't bring those on with every use, you might want to find something better. ... show more

I use these to clamp my diamond paintings to my desk so they don’t slide down when I’m working on the tops of bigger pictures. They open really far for how small the are, and they’re strong clamps. Plenty of them in here, and they fit perfectly in my craft drawers.
