11/23/19 - great quality! it is a heavy, springy sheet metal. it won’t just bend to your will, you will have to work at it. the pipe i have measures exactly 4” OD and this pipe is really strangles it how i have it bolted. it would still tighten on a slightly smaller pipe, there is 3/8” gap between the ears where they are closest to the pipe so use that 3.14 number to get a range. the rubber gasket is plenty good. ... show more

Installed on 4.5" diameter sato banzai exhaust. Clamp was open on the end about 2-2.5 inches. I had to use washers to prevent excessive clamping and bend tabs a little. Overall good quality, fast shipping
