  • Does it restrict co2
Color: 12/16mm
Let it run without applying any co2 for 10 hours to make sure it has soaked completely. Next, apply the co2 as intended. Works really good at keeping the co2 bubbles from being very visible to the eye from about 1 to 2 feet back. I had to turn up the bubble counter a tad tad bit (very small amount) Side Note: The inline diffuser seemed like it wasn't releasing as much bubbles as it should... considering the amount of bubbles being released by the bubble counter. (Not complaining) I know it's engineered to reduce the visibility of the co2 bubbles and almost vanish the appearance of bubbles all together. BUT...Something just seems off to me... I'm thinking the co2 is being restricted from entering the water from the return canister. I check this with a co2 4dkh/ph drop checker. Yellow (low), Green (fair/ just right) and, Blue (high/to much). Waited 3 hours and it was showing between yellow and green. Adjusted the bubble counter to increase more co2 to about 2.5 bubbles per second from about 1 bubble per second originally (planted tank only 5.5g/ no fish yet) . Waited 2 hours and it seem to go up in green just a little bit more... but still fairly yellow ish to me and wife.... Regulator says 54psi going to the diffuser. Maybe I'm over thinking it, but to me it seems to be restricting the co2 in some way or this thing could be doing one heck of a job at reducing the visibility of the co2 in you're tank Will update if I figure out anything or improve something in my system. I love this challenge because it gives me something to do and figure out. ... show more

  • Planted tank a must
Color: 12/16mm
This works flawlessly if you set it up close to your filter so it’s infuse with the water. I’ve had the little disk bubble things before but the inline feature is one less thing in the tank and the co2 gets everywhere compared to a single location.

  • Good Product. Plastic Housing.
Color: 12/16mm
This looks like a decent diffuser. I like this design more than the more traditional smoked plastic inline diffusers. The hose collars look to be of good quality. I change diffusers every six months or so and it usually takes a few cycles to see if one will hold up. So far so good, however. Be aware, though, that the entire product is plastic. It looks like it's aluminum in the pictures. It is not. This isn't a huge concern for me but others may be frustrated with this. ... show more

  • Wrong size fittings...and leaked at first
Color: 12/16mm
I noticed right away the fittings were smaller than my 5/8" filter hoses but luckily I had some smaller hose from an old filter and I was able to use them as adapters with hose clamps. The pics for the product show two different sizes but there's no option to choose. It only took a few minutes to install and I installed it very close to my filter output. It leaked at the middle joint initially so I removed and disassembled it. I put some pure silicone grease on the o-rings and reinstalled with no leaks. Initially, there was a fine mist at 3-4 drops/sec but it gradually dissipated. the bubbles are there but they're difficult to see. The unit seems well constructed and is easy to install. I will update in the near future. ... show more

  • It Works, English Instructions Not Included
Color: 12/16mm
Works well, costs considerably less than most of the other inline atomizers I've seen. It is not a complicated piece of equipment to install; just cut your return hose and fit either end on the atomizer and then attach your co2. Obviously the co2 input needs to be on the pump side. I had no trouble installing this but it did not come with English instructions, so be aware of that. ... show more

  • Produces fine bubbles

Great product. Worked perfect for my install.

  • Make sure to presoak in water!
Color: 12/16mm
Works flawlessly with my paintball CO2 injection system at about 55 PSI. I soaked the ceramic ring first for about 24 hours before installing the atomizer. Very fine bubbles are visible in the water column and they don't float quickly, showing CO2 to diffuse into the water.

  • Effective diffuser for the money
Color: 12/16mm
Built well and micro-infuses CO2 from my Eheim 2217. Very satisfied. Prefer this model over the all-plastic similar one sold on eBay (which separated and leaked gallons of water).
