I put these in my 2013 Tacoma and I like them a lot better than the OEM bulbs.... they are definitely brighter. (It's hard to capture the difference in photos but see attached pictures.) I like the whiter color they put out too over the OEM bulbs too. Be sure to measure your bulbs first, I was in a hurry and bought the 31mm first because that's what I read on the net that the Taco used. (I read it on the internet so it must be true) well they were to small (maybe 31mm was for 1st or 3rd gen Tacos) I went back and measured the stock 578 bulb (2nd gen) and it was about 38mm from flat to flat of the bulb. I reordered the 41/42 LEDs to compensate for the pointed ends and they fit perfect. (the 41's have 6 more LEDS too.... so bonus.) The round ends of the LEDs are smaller but they popped right into the housing and are pretty secure too. I've included some other pictures also that might help others for visual reference. I'll have to see how long they last but they come in a four pack so least I have some spares. ... show more

I installed these lights on the license plate of 2012 Mercedes-Benz GL450 and instantly I received bulb out error on the dashboard for each side. I flipped the bulbs to check if it will fix but again in a few seconds the error came back. I installed old stock bulbs and error cleared then I installed these bulbs again that brought the errors back. So not really canbus error fee lights as advertised. Could not find support information here so I will have to return these lights. ... show more

I've tried another brands' (LUYED) DE3175 bulbs but would not work without the key being in the ignition. According to many Tacoma forums, my truck would require a resistor to be soldered onto the bulb's housing to use these super LED bulbs. Not the case with this set Yorkim bulbs. Installed the two map lights with ease, however the dome light was a bit of a struggle. Once positioned between the two metal prongs, it lit up without a hiccup. All the bulbs worked on command with no issues. I tested the settings on my dome and map lights a good 5 times each and the illumination for my interior is awesome. The box of 4 bulbs comes with a tool to remove plastic housing on dome light for installation. Will update my review regarding longevitiy of bulbs within the coming months. Thank you, Yorkim! I don't usually write reviews, but felt the need to express how happy I am with Yorkim's products. I've been looking for a bright and pure white LED to put in my BMW M3. I was also trying to avoid paying $100 for an interior LED kit that's specific for my car. I'm sick of the cheap LED's that have a blue hint and aren't bright. The description of these couldn't be any more accurate as these are actually "extremely bright" and they are pure white. They light up my entire trunk and glove box and are almost too bright for my vanity mirror lights. In the pics I added, the two vanity LED's light up the entire interior (I turned off all the other interior lights to show just how bright these are). I love these and they can't be beaten for the price. I also have the 194 LED Light bulb, Yorkim 2017 Newest, 5th Generation, Interior Lights for W5W 194 168 2825 T10 Wedge 5-smd 5050, Replacement and Reverse T10 White Bulbs (Pack of 10)- White and can confirm they are just as white, but not as bright as these because of the number diodes on them. If you're on the fence about these, get them and you'll love them. ... show more

    • Great, But Not What I Was Hoping For

I recently had a dome light bulb burn out in my car. Without even examining the bulb I was pretty sure that it was LED because of the cool color temperature. I jumped on Amazon and found plenty of LED bulbs of the appropriate size. I chose this particular band because of the number of LED elements in the bulb and it was CANBUS compatible. However, I didn't notice any color temperatures in the description of this or any other bulb. I took a shot and ordered it. When I received the bulbs I went straight to the car, popped the dome light cover off, and within a few seconds had the bulb installed. I turned on the light and it was plenty bright. The only problem was that is was not as cool of a color temperature as the others. I really wish the color temperatures were in the descriptions of these products. I took off one star, as it was not really what I wanted. It has nothing to do with the product itself, which is a great LED bulb, just not cool enough. Consider the deduction for the incompleteness of the description. ... show more

I bought these to replace the Festoon LEDs that came in the car when I bought it. The old Festoons had a slight blue tinge to them, and most annoying they would often flicker when the switch is turned on. These Yorkim lights (the 4014 X 10 sized SMD LEDs) were WAY better. No issues with flickering. These provide a bright, even white light (I would say about 4500K, about as neutral as it gets) with a wide spread, very little if any 'hot spotting', and very little glare. An interesting feature for these is that on the backside of the PCB they have pretty nice big heatsinks to expel any heat from the LEDs (not that I could feel any), and this bodes well for the long term life of the lights. As you're getting 4 in a package, they're a great value too. Highly recommended. ... show more
