I love how the shelf looks under the TV (working on getting our entertainment electronics off a floor entertainment center and on the wall) but it's not quite as "grand" as I would expect for the cost. First, it took about 10 minutes to figure out where to begin in the instructions.... first time I've seen instructions where you put the hanging screws in the wall before building the shelf, but we eventually figured it out. Second, the doors don't quite align and grind against the shelf when opening/closing. Not a huge deal, but just not what I'd expect for something this expensive. Third, the LED lights came torn (which we didn't notice until we plugged them in and they didn't turn on) and the control part got super hot and burnt my son's thumb (gave him a blister!) the second he touched it when he noticed the torn connection. Not to mention the remote was slightly decompressed and looked like it had been crushed. So the whole set just went straight in the trash.... which was super disappointing because I hadn't realized it came with lights so we were a little excited about that surprise only for them to not work at all. ... show more
