Everyone knows that this is her special chair and she loves it! First, it’s a super comfortable chair and when she isn’t around we rush to get this spot in the family room! Second, there are so many special features worth mentioning! When sitting to get out of the chair it is near effortless, it will adjust to a 45° angle allowing the person sitting there to basically stand up directly from the chair. It also is a wonderful recliner and will recline 150° with a footrest. So relaxing - AND it is also a massage chair! This chair really has it all. It has different modes for massage and it can target certain areas of your body. My favorite thing is the heat function. It is the perfect place to relax. Now you see why we all rush to get this spot in the house first! It is overstuffed and the thick padding makes it even more cozier. The recliner operates very smoothly and quietly, it is simple to adjust all aspects of it to your liking with a push of a button. The metal frame of the recliner makes it extra durable and sturdy, which is great since it is now the most used chair in our home. It is fitting for all of us and it can withstand the weight of us with no problem as my kids will both often sit in it with me. This recliner was simple to put together which made me very happy. I was able to get it together quite quickly and we started enjoying it right away. Chair is very sturdy. Not too difficult to assemble, but no instructions were included. I still have some wheels left over and not sure where or if to attach. Seat is wide enough for wide bottoms. So far I’m impressed with this recliner! We looked at several local options and when we decided not to pay $2000-2500, we looked on Amazon. The reviews let us take a chance on it. The fabric is nicer than the local options. The weave is relatively tight enough there’s a good chance dog hair won’t get stuck in it making it difficult to vacuum but the jury is still out on that. So far so good. I also put it together alone within 10-15 minutes. The only thing I don’t like is the foot rest and back don’t move independently, but it’s not bad enough to knock down a star rating. It’s also extremely quiet! As long as the mechanics don’t go out on us quickly, this is win! ... show more

Ordered 2 of these and they did not last a year. Connecting shaft for the motor is not metal. It's some kind of hard plastic/composite material. They both broke in the same spot.

The media could not be loaded. We got this chair for my mom that has cancer and mobility issues and it has been a godsend. It has heating which really helps the pain in her back and joints. It has a massaging feature that also helps with all of the pain. It's the biggest thing is that it helps her get up and down which she can now do independently. It makes her feel like a person again that she doesn't have to ask for help just to get out of the chair. It is incredibly comfortable and it is beautiful. I like that it has a charging port on the side and little storage pockets and cup holders. The price is absolutely amazing. I was blown away by the quality compared to the price.
