i got 3 out of 4 packages quick. the 4th didn't come until 3 days later. not thier fault it was sent by fedex. fedex always does that sort of thing. the directions are not the best. but look up from them and see the parts you have and it not very hard to figure out. the chair was the most work but not hard once i stopped trying to figure out the diagrams and just put it together. the loveseat had me mad for about a half hour because i had the list of parts that were supposed to be in each box. but could not find the back of the center console for anything. (turns out it was inside the bottom of the console inside a zipper that i wasn't aware was there until i started putting it together). the phone holders were stuck inside the underpart of the recliners and jamed in there pretty well. was very difficult to twist them out and wound up tearing a small piece of the under fabric lining. those are my only complaints. nothing real bad. overall it is a nice set. looks good. is comfortable, and it cost a lot less than if i had bought them from a furniture store. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. These reclining seats are really well made with good quality material. It was simple to install them and they came in three separate boxes with all the tools and instructions. The cushioning is soft and fluffy. I used it for long durations of time to watch movies and didn’t feel tired. The headrest is also very well made. The reclining function is manual and the seat can be reclined well over 90 degrees. It comes with outputs for phones charger and two phone mounts. The size is good for two people and the seat spacing and sizing is good. This loveseat is comfortable and was easy to put together. So far, it seems very sturdy. The seat cushions are firm and are holding up well. The seat height is a bit higher than my old couch which is good since I am tall. It is easy to get out of. The cup holders are a great feature as are the USB charging ports on the sides of the loveseat. It was shipped in 3 heavy duty boxes of 40kg (88lbs) each.
