It is a bit smaller than I expected but comfortable. Super easy to assemble. It smelled horrible for a week, I could not sit in it without getting a headache.

    • Most uncomfortable chair in the world
Now I will be kind and start with the positive parts of this recliner. First it was reasonably priced second it arrived quickly third shipping cost was reasonable. None of the positives as you can see are about quality. Now for the bad stuff. First it is poorly constructed the armrest on the right side of the chair doesn't connect properly it won't slide all the way down and leaves a 2 inch gap so you can loose your remote rather easily. Second the padding is lumpy and the seat and leg rest hurt unless you sit just so good luck it took me awhile to find a position I could sit with a little comfort. The back rest won't stay reclined unless you are constantly pushing back on it. The heat function is a joke. The so called massage portion of the chair is a menace to both me and my neighbors as it basically shakes the whole room and is loud without doing anything for my back. I am sorry to rake this chair over the coals so badly but discomfort and disappointment is all I got for my money. I am unemployed and needed a chair and I'm a veteran with disabilities including ptsd and I'm going to be still paying for this horrible chair for like 5 more months. Stay away from this chair the company did a great job getting it to me but it is a lousy product. I would return it if I could but I don't have the boxes as the ripped apart when I removed the parts so I suppose I'm stuck with it. ... show more

This chair is comfortable, although the parachute release for the leg rest is startling. The 2 things I'm not a fan of are the amount of effort needed to lock the leg rest back down and the noise level of the massage feature. Overall a decent chair in first 24 hours.

We looked for weeks for a recliner for my husband, who is 6’5”. He LOVES this one. It fits him perfectly, smooth rocking motion, and is very comfy. Highly recommend!

    • Not worth the price
The chair itself looks fine. When you attempt to recline, unless you put your whole butt on the back part the chair folds back- there’s no comfortable recline. I purchased this chair for sleeping after surgery, and I wish I would have spent an extra $100 and went to Menards… very disappointed…. Oh yeah and the heating coils are bulky… ... show more

This chair has a horrible bar across where the back of my thighs are. It is supposed to be one of the massage things. Hurts my legs terribly! I couldn't even sit in it until i put a pillow in the seat. It helped but isnt ideal. It is so big and a terrible hassle to return. I cant carry it to a pick up place. So i am stuck with an inferior chair! HORRIBLE!!! The footrest has lumps in it also. This is a horrible product. ... show more
