I liked the design. Although it is small, for the price it is fine, what I did not like is that the instructions do not help as one would like, in my case it took almost 2 hours to assemble it. In what I guessed how to do it... the screws are not They come with signs like other products that I have purchased. .to put the shelves where the drawers go. They are put in under pressure. Unless I couldn't find an option... and the iron where it goes was scratched on both sides... then as I put a lot of pressure on it... my hand went away and the skin on my finger got trapped... today I will sleep with a lot of pain. .. ... show more

This is a cute unit that serves the purpose of storing my tween daughter & toddler boy's clothes (I got 2) Lost star: assembly was confusing and took longer than necessary because none of the parts are labeled. I had to undo and fix a few times, but it's simple enough that I could eventually figure it out. Lost star: like others have mentioned, the two smaller drawers don't fit side-by-side. I ordered numerous products for my son's new dorm room. Each piece was easy to assemble and worked out well in the limited space we had. It was perfect for what we needed. We actually thought that one of the dressers that we ordered was not the right one. I contacted customer service and they were wonderful! Got back to me right away, looked at the photos I sent to them and realized that a drawer was missing. They offered to send out the drawer free of charge. After careful inspection, I noticed that the drawer was in fact not missing, just not in the same placement as the item shown online. I wrote back and told them it wasn't needed after all.
