I purchased this product for a Standard Horizon Marine Radio. The radio comes with a charger and is useless unless it is charged. The charger failed and therefore I cannot use the radio. However, Allstate tells me the charger is not covered. This is a waste of time and money. The insurance cost was approximately 10% of the product cost - a whopping $100 product that they deem cannot be replaced or a refunded. ... show more

I did not care for the website it was broken could not file a claim, took 2 days to get issue resolved, I bought this warranty for my brake pads and rotors, the rotors warped and they honored the warranty I purchased, they gave me 92% back what I paid, did not understand why I didn't get full refund. ... show more

My covered car electronics part (distributor) failed within two years, my Allstate Plan was for four years for only $12. I filed my claim online, got a review and response within two days. I then mistakenly chose to have a part replacement but immediately changed my mind. I called Allstate and Malaika stopped the part replacement request immediately, and issued me an affidavit for cash check replacement.
