Great product after trying several other products/ brands. Does fit nice and tight. If your hips and waist size are not in same size category, go up in size!! But very true, once you get accustomed to wearing one, you might get into smaller size later! I,m normally a small/medium, but bought large due to size chart, and fit well and tight! The only downfall, the vertical metal support strips can begin to get uncomfortable, esp when sitting down. I didn't have any problems with them coming out during wear, as one review experienced. I cut small slit above the end of metal strips and removed all of them. MUCH more comfortable, may affect the support a little without metal strips. Also made the cuts to where I can put strips back in if I want to! Also being 5', it is a bit long, but wearable. Tempted to cut length and see if will hold . Bought the black one (large), now getting the "breathable" material, (medium). Overall would recommend, great product!! Better if Petite/short sizes! ... show more

For starters, I will like to say everyone body is different so if your results that want or if you want it to look like mine’s it may or may not happen because everyone body’s operates differently and had different time stamps. I necessarily wear this when I mostly at work or lounging around but when I’m working out I like to wear the one that is the last photo because it makes me sweat a lot and slims my waist down quicker. However for the previous one I will say on my dislike that I wish someone would have mentioned that wearing normally as you should to get your waist snatched it will make you itch a lot and scratch really hard that sometimes it will hurt because of how often you wear it and how long.But it may do it to you and it may not but this is just a heads up fair warning..I now wear a tank top underneath. ... show more

I got the black breathable latex waist trainer and it is very comfortable. I have wasted so much money on those extremely uncomfortable corsets that have the steel bones and long ties that you have to pull and tighten and then tie up, and I never wear it more than twice because of how uncomfortable and noticeable it it. And those have had prices of $100+ each. So this time I wanted a really comfortable waist trainer that is not too thick or noticeable, which will make me actually want to wear it, but that is strong enough to give me results. FYI, I am 7 months postpartum. So I bought the breathable latex, instead of the one that only has steel bones. And I love that is is not that noticeable when I wear it. I haven't really measured myself before or after, but I bought a Large and it started so tight on the first set of hooks, and just today I am on the 3rd and last set of hooks. And it had barely fit me when I first started wearing it on December 15, 2023! So I am sadly going to need to buy a smaller size, but I will definitely rebuy the same one just in size medium. This happened really quick, like within a month. I would wear it only 4-5x a week, about 6-8 hours a day. However, I do wonder if it is because the waist trainer is simply stretching out, or if my waist is actually getting smaller? ... show more

*This is my first time using a waist trainer and I plan to update my review once I have the correct size, then after wearing the product for a couple weeks, then after a couple months. I will be using this waist trainer in tandem with moderate exercise (predominantly lifting 3x/wk and light cardio 3x/wk) in order to slim my waist and lower belly. Photo #2, with waist trainer on. Photo #3, without waist trainer on. Original Review: 11/28/22 I ordered the non-steel boned waist trainer in black. My beginning measurements for reference are 44 in. (across bust), 38 in. (waist, 2 in. above belly button), and 46.5 in. (hips). Like other reviewers have said, I believe the sizing chart may be off. My waist is exactly 38 in. which for the Yianna waist trainer puts me squarely as a 3XL. After reading reviews I decided to size down to an 2XL. However, my first time putting the waist trainer on I was able to (relatively easily) attach to the second row of hooks. According to various sources online a good waist training regimen should begin with the first set of hooks so that you have ample room to size down. Because of that I am returning the 2XL and have already purchased an XL. Comfort: From first appearances and the short amount of time I've had the 2XL on, it is a comfortable garment and moves easily with my body. I am experiencing slight roll-up when sitting, however I am able to pull the bottom of the trainer down and remedy this. Other reviews/sources I've read have said that with a correct fit this should not happen so hopefully getting the XL will solve this. I just got my waist trainer and I did measure my waist before I ordered and my waist measured at 46. I looked at the size chart and read the reviews because I was between a 46 and a 50 I thought I’m going to size down 1. After some struggle and some sweating, I did get it on the last hook. I wear my waist trainer lower because of my apron belly. And I will tell you it completely flattened and sucked me in. It is not the most comfortable to sit in, but it keeps everything in place.
