The Set-up, it's great. It works without issue to play the last triple AAA in the market, so you will not have issues with it. It's also great enough for rendering and doing 3d related stuff, that it was why I wanted to buy it, who it's excellent. The arrival of it, was excellent, it came in multiple boxes for security, with extra layers of more security inside, so it wouldn't be damaged. But, great things aside. The support from YEYIAN is bad. I'm saying this, because it's something really important to take note, as they are the ones giving warranty (if you don't go for an Amazon warranty). I tried contacting their support, for two things. The first one, to register the warranty. And the second one, was, so I could receive a manual for the case, since I wanted to know where I was supposed to put my old drives, as my previous Set-up had them on a different place. To this day, close to 2 weeks later from receiving my computer, I still have not received an answer from them. I was lucky, that I had enough experience to find a similar case on YouTube, and could understand how to do it. Because, they don't have any manual or guides on their website, and the social medias, never gave an answer aside from: Contact us on our mail! . I just hope, this doesn't become a bad purchase, due to the lack of support, as if something happens with the pc, I don't think I would get assistance in time. ... show more

The PC right out of the box would turn on, but there was no display regardless of what port its plugged into or what cord is used. There is clear, visable damage to the GPU, though I still tried all the solutions I was recommened from the help chat and it still wouldnt work. Hopefully this can get replaced. Edit as of:1/4/23 - Took quite a while to get my computer back, and it was a bit difficult to contact them, but since I have had it returned to me, it has been a tremendous pc, and worth every penny I paid. Customer service may be delayed but if you have time they seem to at least get you the working product. ... show more

It is surprisingly quiet for such powerful setup. The desktop easily/effortlessly handles all popular video games like Fortnight, Call of Duty etc. The computer comes with preinstalled Windows. So basically you just turn on the power button and the desktop is ready for any gaming adventure (obviously it is recommended to update OS and Ge Force drivers first). The only one note (probably I haven't used desktops for a long time) the head-set jack port on the desktop can be used only for listening - for microphone you will need separate device (microphone jack port available). Basically when you are using a head-set with integrated microphone - laptop has one single jack input port(so you can speak and listen), whereas with the desktop you have to use 2 separate devices (probably I am missing something, but I was not able to make my headset's microphone work with the desktop) ... show more

You would think after spending 1700 for a pc, it would be good right? This one's not very good. It takes so long to start up, i thought it was broken. It takes a literal 136 seconds to boot to login..... restarting is just as brutal because it takes just as long to power down... booting to bios is a headache. You need to enable secure boot to play valorant. But sometimes it won't go into bios because it skips the logo screen. I gave it 3 stars because it was built properly. When i got it, it was packaged really well. All components were installed, although the ram sticks literally say 1/2. (meaning they came in a pack of 2 but only put in 1 likely to save money) you absolutely need 2 sticks of ram with a pc of this caliber. It comes with a rgb remote that doesn't work because the rgb is controlled theough an msi app that you have to download. And registering your pc for the warranty is a pain. TLDR. Its an ok pc. Good for the price but some expect the best. Dropped this down to 2 stars. In the pic you can clearly see 2 sticks of ram but the pc comes with one. Support told me to contact them via email. They have yet to reply... its been 2 weeks. They just reply to posts to make it seem as if they're trying without actually doing anything. ... show more

Update to review, this pc is great but something is wrong. It doesn't shutdown properly and freezes every now and then when attempting to shutdown. I have wiped and reinstalled windows quite a few times and the issue keeps happening so it is absolutely a hardware issue. I have tried every troubleshooting step imaginable but this is very strange and quite frustrating as I have never had a PC where i had to hold the power button just to turn it off. ... show more

    • Excellent Pre-built, wiring close to perfect, top grade customer service and shipping protection.
Excellent pre-built, few issues. Great internal shipping protection, CPU, chipset, and GPU wiring almost perfect. Only issue was CPU water cooler API pump wiring plugged into CPU fan slot(not in use) accidentally. Most likely a BIOS warning solved incorrectly. Check API plugs. RGB controller prevents individual intake fan control, but of little consequence. Absolutely incredible machine well worth the price. Highly recommend. ... show more
