At the start: Amazon day, big discount. Next , I put my order in because it’s like getting the processor for free. Then my Amazon account is frozen, large purchases… call Amazon and prove I am the account owner and I did purchase this item, Amazon verifies me by asking past purchases and stuff I have saved for later. Luckily I remembered. So now we are good with Amazon. The supplier of this awesome system the tries to collect. Text message from my card I used for payment, we have stopped what looks like a fraudulent transaction… type yes if this is not fraudulent. Yes. I put the purchase order in on the last day of Prime day. The seller tried again on Sat. Finally on Monday the seller tried to run payment again. It went through and said delivery is scheduled for Thursday by 10pm. Finally. It’s on its way. It comes from Amazon shipping, looks like it starts in California. Refresh a billion times because the amount of money that’s involved. Thursday is here, I now know a signature is needed. Do I go to work as normal? Or fake it. Refresh again. Item to be delivered between 3-6pm . I go to work. Refresh between times. Items to be delivered 5-7pm. What’s going on? I then tell my job I need to go home early because I have an important delivery today and need to be there because they need my signature. So now I’m home. Refresh. Supposed delivery driver is really close to my home. Refresh. Then to my surprise the delivery vehicle pulls in front of my home. Thanks, sign here. Couldn’t sign fast enough. Let’s get this thing unboxed. It’s packaged well. I got it out and my goodness, that’s a big Rtx 4090. I opened the glass and removed the packing material bag. Nothing looks off or damaged. I then hooked up keyboard, mouse, cam, and 45” LG ultra gear 3440x1440p monitor, which I bought a display port 2.1 cord from Amazon before arrival. This PC fired up flawlessly. This is the I9 13900kf with a gigabyte rtx4090 and 32gb of ram model. Absolutely speechless in performance. After loading my games from my previous PC. 3770k + GTX 970 ti 16gb ram. This rig absolutely destroys anything I throw at it. If you have the scratch for this model, it’s a no brainer. As of right now, 4 days into ownership, I am very satisfied of my purchase. One is the best systems I’ve seen pre built. The wiring is done by someone who really knew what they were doing! I love the pc but unfortunately the GPU I received doesn’t work.( Which isn’t their fault) I’ve had to put in my old GPU to get a display. Once I get the GPU fixed or replaced I will put 5 stars. I would definitely recommend buying from this company. Also great customer service so far! Edit: I have had my GPU replaced and it works great! Horrible Customer Service Experience from both Amazon and TODOBEST. As the customer, I had to be the mediator between the companies because they were unwilling to communicate directly with each other to come up with a solution other than me having front the cost of the replacement. Ordered the computer on Prime Day. Computer arrived the next day and looked cool. When I unboxed it, I heard something rattling inside the case. Opened the case to remove the foam insert and a piece of plastic fell out. No big deal at first but then noticed that the RTX 4090 GPU was not supported by a tray or any other GPU support mechanism which was a concern, third picture attached. Tried to power up the computer but the RTX 4090 fans would not work and no video from the RTX 4090 GPU. I powered it down and checked the GPU to see if it was seated properly into the motherboard and found that the PCIe X16 slot "lock" was broken, i.e. the piece of plastic that fell out (second picture), and the slot was completely destroyed and unusable (first picture). The Motherboard and Case ONLY allow for the GPU to be plugged into that broken slot. The other 2 PCIe x16 slots are too close to the power supply to be used by the RTX 4090 GPU. See third picture attached. Opened tickets with both Amazon and TODOBEST to see about Exchange and RMA. The finger pointing began between the vendors for 3 days, at least 12 different people between the companies, at least 8 hours of my personal time to attempt to get the Exchange and RMA. TODOBEST refused to process the Exchange and RMA the broken computer saying it was Amazon's responsibility to process the Exchange and I need to go thru Amazon. Amazon says that they cannot process the Exchange since they don't control the inventory of the seller and I needed to process the Exchange and RMA thru the seller. Amazon would only take a return for refund with the instruction to "buy" another one which was now back at full price instead of Prime Day price. Amazon offered to "Amazon Gift Card" the difference, but I would still be out of pocket for 2 computers until the refund was issued within 30 days of receipt of the return. The computer looks cool, but it is not worth $8K of investment to cross my fingers that the second one would not have a problem and then potentially have to go thru the entire process again for a 3rd attempt to get a working computer. Neither company would take ownership of the problem and neither company resolved the issue. I returned the broken item today and will be waiting up to 30 days for my refund. After which, the refunded money will go to another computer built by me, with parts from a local supplier, not purchased through Amazon since they are "unable to issue the exchange" because "we don't control the inventory" even though they offer the item for purchase from Amazon and there are 7 available at the local Amazon fulfillment center ready for 1-Day delivery. I would not recommend this seller as I am very dissatisfied with the Quality Control of their build process. and their lack of true customer service for damaged hardware. If you purchase from them, buyer beware. If you purchased and received a working computer, lucky you. I hope that your warranty experience is better than mine. I've custom built desktop computers for 30 years. Now that I am older, this was the first and last Custom pre-built Desktop that I will buy online to "save me a little time", as it has been a wasted 3 days of time trying to get the issue resolved instead of enjoying a new computer. ... show more

    • Works great but… the fans aren’t as cool.
So everything works like it is supposed to, the desktop comes very carefully packed and they did a great job in putting it together. The only issues I’ve had is that, 1. The little remote does not work, yes I’ve taken out the plastic tab that separates the battery from the remote so that the remote works. I think the remote is supposed to control some of the lights on the fans? But when I press any buttons nothing happens. 2.Then one of the fans started to make a clicking noise, it was one of the radiator fan, I thought it might have been hitting something but nope, it was just the fan itself making the noise. I tried to fix it but only made it worse. 3. The fans aren’t as controllable as I’d like… I think they’re only set to one speed and don’t really speed up or slow down based on the pc temperature.
