I hate leaving a 1-star review because this company really tries, and I unfortunately did not get a chance to test an actual working PC, however I feel as if this is the only honest way to protect future potential customers. After arriving the PC would power on but would not post display. This company has a phone line but they only let you leave voicemail, even during normal business hours. After several days of not receiving a call back, I was finally able to receive a response by email, but they only were able to manage around 2 responses per business day. After general troubleshooting with them over several days, the only resolution they could offer was to either swap PC components to isolate the issue (as if I have spare GPU'S, CPU'S, PSU's etc and a workshop), or to ship it back to them and wait a month for them to test the faulty unit and then send a replacement. At the time I needed a working PC and I had zero time for any of this. When I mentioned to them the extensive reviews of faulty units, the fact that this PC last went through quality control 18 months prior, my skepticism of the replacement unit being better, and that I could simply return through Amazon much faster... I received a strange response blaming Amazon customers for being impatient and not understanding. That unfortunately sealed the deal for me, I returned through Amazon then ordered and received a new Alienware PC directly through Dell, which I received faster than it would've taken going through Yeyian's process. I do wish this company the best, as I said they do try, but at this time please buy at your own risk. ... show more

I bought one of these pcs . It’s was a 4070 ti with a i7 processor. Absolutely beautiful pc. Unfortunately it kept crashing and going into safe mode. Display also would just stop working aswell !!! Honestly how hard is it for a company to make sure a pc is working correctly?!! Was really looking forward to leaving a good review for this company!! ... show more
