We took a leap of optimism for this size Yeti. Love the size, depth is awesome and the quality is great. With ice and freezer packs the food stayed cold for all day during warmer fall day. The wheels are great and expandable handle work great. The only down side we have is when we load the Yeti in the back of our truck, we have carpet, the wheels do not slide well. But we have to just adjust and lift it a bit. But so far, wonderful size for traveling. I believe we will only need this cooler for our travels and not need two other brands anymore. ... show more

This is the most well-made high-quality cooler I've ever set my hands on. I've been using a Thermos style very old cooler with cheap plastic wheels and it works, but it's pretty beat up and I felt I needed an upgrade and boy oh boy, am I impressed! I ordered the accessory divider from the Yeti site after receiving the cooler which came with one plastic compartment that sits on the rim of the cooler and keeps items out of standing water as the ice melts. I have click-top glass containers so if I'm going to put fruits or veggies in the cooler, I have ways for those to stay fresh and not mix with cooler ice or water so the plastic compartment isn't so important but it's nice to have if you want to set a couple wrapped items in that space. All in all, I'm extremely impressed by the quality. The roller feature rolls so smoothly, it's like the cooler just glides and the pop-up handle is stury and definitely gives the impression of high quality. The only improvement I can think of is with the pop-up handle design. I wish it had a click setting a bit shorter than the full extension so it doesn't have to tilt the cooler so much at an angle when someone short like me, moves the cooler but that's not a big deal. The seal is great and the product is amazing. Can't wait to use it at our next pool party! ... show more

Have been contemplating buying a Yeti cooler but couldn't get over the price. Finally did and it is worth every penny! I was amazed to find very little ice melt after 24 hours. Took four days for 7lbs of ice to melt and there were still some cubes left.
