This sofa is beautiful if you’re looking for something simple, modern and easy to build. It’s isn’t something luxury or comparable to bigger brand names. The cushions aren’t that thick, but we aren’t home much anyway to complain about it. The size is perfect for our apartment. I love the color, it doesn’t seem to stain easy and we’ve had it for 2-3 weeks. It was easy to build and connect. It’s quite confortable and for the style I think it was a great deal. The down side is, comparing it to more known brands this one looks very cheap in quality and there is a lot of loose strings here and there, but for us it’s not a big deal. If you have the money, I would recommend going to a known furniture brand. But for us, this was the best deal considering we’re only going to be renting this place for a year and a couple of months. Not to mention, we didn’t have to worry about paying for delivery fees and they delivered it right to my door. ... show more

The sofa is extremely thin and not well built. The cushions are not very comfortable and while not extremely expensive for a sofa, it is still basically $500. The cushions don’t fit and fall off the edges. It just looks very sloppy. Reached out to customer service and they offered no help at all. I was very hesitant to purchase a whole sectional from Amazon and get it delivered in the mail😆 but I couldn’t be any more happier with the product. The couch is so soft and very luxurious. 3 stars due to it arriving broken. The only solution was to return all 3 pieces. I am a woman who lives up a steep flight of stairs and I had to get this upstairs alone! ALL 3 BOXES! It's heavy and you need help! So to return it just because the middle piece is broken and will only connect to the 3rd piece in the back and not front, isn't gonna happen. I will buy more wood and fix it myself, and save time. Other than that I would've given it 5 stars! The setup was pretty self explanatory, but directions come in each box. The cushions come vacuumed sealed in the seats, along with the backs and side arm cushions. The cushions are petty thin, yet it is comfortable! I'm about 5'9" and the chase goes to my ankles. The color is exactly as advertised, and it fit perfectly in my living room, leaving room for a separate space. More than likely I will buy some kind of stuffing for the back pillows and velcro so they don't move. The side pillows zip on and have velcro to support them in their place. I was a bit apprehensive about buying a $400 couch off Amazon, but wow, this couch is fantastic! It really wasn’t difficult to put together: most of the time is just spent unpacking the boxes. It is very comfortable as well. It’s a bit firm, but I like a firm couch. Also the fabric is absolutely perfect. We have a cat who destroyed our last couch, and the chenille fabric is woven tight enough for her to not get her claws in. She has scratched it several times and hasn’t made a single tear, or any visible loose threads. This thing is also huge! My 6’3” husband and I can both fit on the couch comfortably with room to spare. The only small complaint is that the cushions don’t attach to the back of the couch, but I put adhesive Velcro on and it’s been perfect ever since.
