The media could not be loaded. This chair was intimidating when it arrived. It came in 2 boxes. But after opening the boxes and seeing what was inside, I was relieved. It was not hard to put together at all. It came in 4 pieces. The 2 arms, the base and the back. So the arms just slid down into the base as did the back. There were a few metal brackets to screw in but thats it. And then its plug and go. It does take up a whole outlet, it has 2 plugs ins. One is for the lifting/reclining and the other is for the heat/vibration. This chair functions well. Its plush and comfortable to sit in. And the fabric is really nice too, and a nice gray color. I like this chair very much. It’s well-padded, and comfortable. I no longer need pillows behind my back and on the seat to help soften my sitting. The only things I would change are the height of the up-down buttons. My arms are a bit short, and when the chair is fully reclined, I have great difficulty reaching the buttons….also, the iPad hook-up should be BELOW the buttons and not above, making it more difficult to reach the buttons. This chair reclines further than my previous chair, which is beneficial, since I need to sleep in this chair. A few minor corrections, and I’d find it perfect! ... show more

Ordered two chairs, three boxes arrived one day and the fourth box arrived the next day. No problems there. I did email the seller just to let them know that only three boxes arrived but I was expecting the fourth box to come in the next day. They immediately responded that the fourth box will arrive the next day. Putting it together. I went back to the Amazon page and watched the installation video. They were too quick with plugging in the wirings so I (gasped) dug back into the box and found the instructions. After that, piece of cake putting it together.
