This tent would be perfect if it was slightly wider and longer to accommodate fat tire ebikes. We were able to finagle them enough to get them in but it was with handlebars almost puncturing through the tent. We were camping and it was coming a hellacious storm so we had no choice but to put them in the tent. The bikes were in positions and on top of each other in ways that expensive bikes should not be treated for a $75 tent. On the positive side, the tent survived the storm and the bikes were completely dry. There’s also a place in the back where we could run the bike cable through the tent and attach it to our bumper to keep them secure. We will be ordering a second tent for the 2nd bike. So if you own fat tires, do yourself a favor and go ahead and get 2 especially if you have one with 26” tires. ... show more

If I could give zero stars, I would have. I have items that now are moldy, damaged, and needs to be thrown out, after having been stored in this tent for under 3 months. I bought this storage tent end of November. Kept it in the box until I put it up a week later, so beginning of December. It is now end of February. It’s been standing next to a fence, in the corner, partly behind my RV, so to be more protected from wind. It’s been sturdy, not moving at all, and kept shape perfectly, so I guess that can be the one star. But it’s been leaking,, leaking like crazy obviously. Yesterday, when I went out there to get something, which I have on a few occasions since putting it up, yesterday there was a strong moldy smell when I opened it. I then found, there was a big puddle of water under and behind the items stored in it. I live in the Bay Area, California, we’ve had rain on and off since I put the tent up. The tent is sold and advertised as waterproof. I had plastic containers in there, which seems to have protected what was in them. But I also had other items, like dog beds, backpacks, and other items, all wet, moldy and damaged. I also stored a massage table, in its carrying case, there, and it has water damage, is moldy, both the case and the massage table. There were also other items in there, that are wet and rusty, and damaged. For me to replace it all, will cost me over a thousand dollars. I’m not happy, to put it lightly. The tent seems well built, thick plastic material, strong connectors and strong poles. The zipper is strong, and it’s covered. The Velcro is strong, covered, and never opened by itself. All in all, the tent seems fit for storage. Why it’s leaking, and where it comes in, I can’t tell. I tried to contact seller. All I got was an automated chat, which no matter what boxes I ticked, resulted in it saying I had to contact Amazon customer service. When I tried to write a message in the chat, the send button was deactivated, so never could write a message. I have been in touch with Amazon customer support three times, the last time I got someone who would help. Waiting now for further information, to see what they can help with. ... show more

I bought this to store my rather costly bike. For securing the bike, I have a long cable running from it and through a little, convenient window in the back of this storage to a tree. Update (one year later): I've been using this shelter daily for just over a year now. While it's still dry inside and works for its intended purpose, it is starting to fall apart. The tape that they use to waterproof the seams has begun to peel off. Also, the outside of the material has started to fade very badly. The shelter is in a shaded patio which is not exposed to direct sunlight for more than maybe 2 hours a day. Yet the sun has all but completely faded the green color. It's also made the material very stiff and brittle feeling. It's already started to break in a few places where things have rubbed up against it. I cannot imagine this shelter will last another year. Unless they improve the material, you should maybe pass on this. Check out the updated pics I added of what the shelter looks like now. As you can see, it's looking pretty worn after only one year. ---ORIGINAL REVIEW--- So far I really like the Yard Stash III. While I've only had it up for a little over a week, it's rained almost every day since then. And every time I check, my bikes are bone dry. It was really easy to set up. I did it by myself in under an hour; and that includes the time it took to anchor it all in securely to the wall and floor. If you're considering not anchoring it down, I would suggest that you don't get it then. This shed is very top heavy and wobbly if it's not anchored down to at least the floor. However, I would strongly suggest that you anchor it to a wall as well. I feel like mine is super solid because it's been anchored at all the suggested points. We've had bad down pours and heavy winds here in Miami and it's held up without budging. I would have liked to have given it 5 stars, but I'm deducting a star for a couple of small design flaws which I feel, if fixed, would make this shed perfect. The first thing I'd change is I'd make the floor out of a tougher material. The material they use for the rook is super thick and durable feeling. It's about twice as thick as the rest of the material. I would have made the floor out of the same material, because I'm worried about how the material will hold up after taking my bikes in and out 100's of times. But to be fair, there's been no sign of the floor not holding up yet. The second thing I would change is the hole in the back for securing the shed's contents to an external fixture. It's basically just a hole with a flap. The problem is that it leaves an open gap in an otherwise sealed barrier. This could easily be remedied by making some sort of sock-like portal with elastic at the end so you can feed a chain through and still have a seal. However, other than the two items I mentioned above, the build quality and materials seems to be top notch. Time will tell how well it will hold up, but I feel confident I'll at least get a couple good years out of it. And in the brutal hot and rainy weather of Miami, that's saying a lot. ... show more
