The media could not be loaded. I got this portable wash machine to just wash small items like tea towels, dishcloths, socks, and underwear. It washes the items well. As for the spinner, it only spins for 2 mins and if you want it to spin longer you have to keep turning it back on the seetin which is called drain. The spinner bowl snaps in securely. It doesn't spin all the items at once very well. I just did one or two items at a time. If they are heavy items like wool socks or tea towels you might have to still wring them out by hand.     • DOA. Read the instructions, plugged it in, got beep, but motor would not turn on

The box tells you to read the instruction manual (a tiny slip of paper) which I did. I followed the instructions. I plugged it in and it beeped; however, no amount of pressing the buttons would turn the motor on. I pressed all around the area for 2+ seconds (up to 5 seconds), and nothing happened. I’m returning this one and getting another one to see if I just got a bad one. Once I get the second one, I’ll update this to say that it either worked or was also dead on arrival. ... show more
