I bought the green set and installed them in my 12T. I bought two sets and it lit up the mid section of my kayak where my feet are. I have zero problems seeing at night. They are very bright and if you look into them, all you will see is stars. Trust me! I made one mistake and installed one set right by my feet and I accidentally touched one and it burned my foot. I'm not going to move it since I already drilled into my kayak but now I can warn everyone. I highly recommend these and if you already have the yak power system, it is literally plug and play. This lights up my kayak very well and is very bright. The best thing? It even comes with a drill bit to drill into my kayak and it the precise size needed to install this light. The light threads itself after drilling the hole so that you do not need to install a backup nut on the light and no need to try reaching inside the kayak to install. Bought 3 sets in February. Ive taken the kayak out 4 times in that span. The last time I went to use it, 4 out of the 6 lights no longer function. For the record, the lights were installed in the interior of the kayak in accordance with manufacturers installation instructions. Maybe I received a bad batch, but $90 for 6 small LEDs that last less than 5 trips and less than a year seems a bit excessive. Maybe Im just old school and expect my purchases to last a few years before needing replacements. ... show more
