The media could not be loaded. Although I appreciate the company working to resolve a problem of sending me the wrong parts. I really don't have the time to be dealing with sending and receiving parts back and forth to assemble a desk I was surprised when I saw that the drilling of the holes was in the wrong place since you think they make enough of these desks to pick up on these problems during quality control.
