The aesthetics are not for everyone, and if you want to spend money, you can do better. But this desk is sturdy, has a cupholder, and two cable holes to reduce clutter. The headphone hook doesn’t work for me personally, as I keep my tower below and therefore have less space for my chair and legs. Still, for the money it’s a banger for hobbyists like myself. My monitor eats a lot of real estate, and sadly the promised mount did not arrive with it. If you CAN wall mount or get a vice type mount to get your monitor off your desk, you’ll immediately be better off. I may still buy a riser box to achieve this. If you still want more real estate, go with a bigger sized desk. I was highly limited for room space, myself. The surface cleans pretty easy, and the large mousepad cleans easily too, while hiding the center desk seam as the desktop is actually two halves. Cold drinks should be kept in the cupholder, to extend the life of the tabletop laminate. The mousepad handles the hot bowl of ramen we all know you’ll set on it. The lights...they’re lights. They’re controlled by one of those RGB thin remotes you see with the low-end battery-powered add-on kits, and cheap under-car light strips. They do a few patterns, have a dozen or less colors, but any decent RGB PC fans should allow you to match them if that appeals. They have a transformer brick, which is not the most awesome option. You could use adhesive to put it user the desk, but the power cable they provide is rather short, to make it very far to a power strip. So, the desk is good, the price is good, the lights are okay.     • The best desk for a cheap price

+ the surface (texture, feeling, solidness) is absolutely amazing, it certainly will be able to withstand intense usage, spills, scratches and everything + quite sturdy + clear assembly instructions + visuals + undamaged, good condition, specifications are correct not necessarily cons, but: - leds in this table are for visual purposes/aesthetics, they don't perform as a light source, they are not bright enough to illuminate anything at all, so be prepared to spend some money on led lights/strips - leds will take quite amount of side space - in general, space wise, for me, it will be enough to place an average pc case on it + 34" ultrawide monitor that's it, if you want two monitors, either you place the pc case under the table or use vesa double monitor mount; but this is not a con of a product because it's determined by its sizes, if you want bigger setups, you buy bigger tables, that is all to it - cable management is so-so, be prepare to spend some money on dedicated cable holders, these ones are small and only good for their purpose - holding the led wires - table consists of two desks, connected by beams, it's not one solid desk, the central slit will be covered by gigantic mouse/keyboard pad, you won't be able to see/feel it tho, so that's ok ... show more

This gaming desk has a sleek modern look and comes with several accessories. In addition to the cool LED lights and the remote that actually works, this table also comes complete with grommet covers, a cup holder that you can attach to the bottom side of the desk, as well as a headset rack that attaches to the bottom of the desk - you can choose where you want each. It also comes with the largest mouse pad I have ever seen - it is the full depth of the desk top and about half it's length. The desk is not super sturdy in so far as, if you bump it, it will wiggle about a bit, but it doesn't feel like it is going to come apart. The top is two-piece, but it has two square tubes that run the length between leg supports, so there is no sag at the joint. I mounted a two-arm monitor support with 21 inch monitors on each, and placed my lap top on it as well. It supports all of this and my charger and docking station at mid-span with no noticeable sag in the top. The carbon fiber-ish top looks good and is smooth and cleanable. The steel legs have a lightly textured matt finish and are well constructed. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a desk of this sort. ... show more

    • Feels sturdy and the lights are cool

The media could not be loaded. This desk is exactly what I was after. I wasn't initially looking for a desk with cool lights, but for the price I couldn't resist. The instructions were very easy to follow and made the building process go smoothly. They provide gloves in the box, which I wasn't expecting. There were wire clips provided as well, and they helped a ton since the cords for the lights are quite long. The desk feels very sturdy and the Z legs of the desk allow for more movement when turning your chair and adds a nice bit of leg room. There is also a rubber mat for the top of the desk that keeps the desk clean and doubles as a mouse pad if needed. There is a cupholder and a headphone hook that you can add to the desk. The cupholder feels sturdy but I didn't install it, as I felt I didn't need it. The headphone hook is a nice touch and is coming in handy. Now on to the lights. They were super easy to install, and have several modes, colors, patterns, speeds, etc. They are cool to watch and give a unique ambiance and vibe when I'm gaming and drawing/painting. They light up in sync with one another, and that adds to the eye catching aspect. If you're considering this desk, I say do it! I wasn't disappointed whatsoever. ... show more
