Delivery was fast. Well packaged, no dents or scratches. Easy to assemble - I put two beds together myself in about an hour. (Took me longer to unpackage it all than it did to put it together). Everything fit - no bent or missing pieces. I imagine I will need to tighten screws occasionally but for price point, these twin beds are nice and sturdy. Very satisfied with purchase so far. I was leery based upon other negative reviews and almost cancelled my purchase of these beds but glad I did not - and I did not experience any of the negatives mentioned (bent frames or missing screws). I began putting this frame together with excitement. I thought 30 mins tops. I opened the box after almost breaking a sweat dragging it into my house and saw all the screws and bolts. Instantly said h*** nah. Okay don’t know why i was expecting it to be super simple, maybe because my last frame just snapped in place. The directions were simply and easy to follow but if you are like me, it was complicated. Tightening the little bolts or nuts or whatever they’re called took 40 years off my life. There’s nothing like struggling to tighten 9 of those suckers with a comically small tool they give you and spending an absurd amount of time doing it ( user incompetence) just to realize you put it on upside down and had to spend another silly amount of time undoing it while ms rachel is singing icky sticky bubble gum in your face. My fingers were smooth and sore after just those 9 out of 20 million. I put things together backwards twice ( again user error ). This does not require a box spring which is very nice but i didn’t realize that until after I broke a sweat putting it on the bed and dropping it onto my TV ( she survived with no injuries) It looks just like the photo and feels sturdy. Its not too high up off the ground also which is nice. After i made a mess all over the room and contemplated my life three times I realized it had been almost 3 hours it took me to put it together. Again 100% user error. The instructions were right there and i was looking at them everytime i found them. I would get this bed frame again but ask someone else to build it for me in the future. ... show more

Great bed frame. I love it!!!! It looks really good and it’s sturdy too. It has a lot of space underneath, which is great if you’re like me and store things under there. It does slide a little, but not a lot at all. Just makes it easy to move around if you have a smooth floor. Mine makes no noise, no creaking or anything. All my pieces arrived in great condition and the instructions were easy to follow. I put it together myself. If you get frustrated easily or have issues carrying / moving things around i recommend having someone there to help. If you’re tall, or sleep lower on the bed, you can remove the curved bar on the foot of the bed so your feet can hang off with ease. That’s not an advertised thing, but it’s possible. You will either have to find caps for the posts on the end or leave the tops of them open if you do choose to remove it ... show more

Looks pretty nice when put together and feels very sturdy. Assembly wasn’t bad at all. I like that a box spring wasn’t needed because of the metal support bars. I don’t like that it cost an extra $40 to ship considering I’ve purchased heavier items on Amazon that had actual free shipping. Also be aware that the screws, bolts, and washers that you assemble the bed with are a chrome silver. The bed color we chose was white and I think the hardware being silver makes it stand out in a way that makes it look cheap. Granted this is value priced furniture but I’d rather it not look that way. We are going to paint ours white to blend in with the frame. Otherwise satisfied with this purchase. ... show more

    • Amazing bed for the cost

where do I even begin? I was quite skeptical of ordering this bed in the beginning, even though I love the way that it looked online. The box did arrive damaged however none of the parts were missing and none of the product was damaged. It did take a little bit of time even with two people to construct the bed however, it is very well made, Seems to be very sturdy, Does not wiggle wobble or squeak and is made of metal tubing. I love the fact that it did not require a boxspring for the mattress and that it still seems to support the mattress very well. We bought this for a full size bed and it fit wonderfully while still not being hard to make up the bed. I would say overall, the stability and performance of the bed will truly show overtime but for now we are quite pleased. One thing that I do like is that it is not too high or too low and because of that it is comfortable to get off and on. The bed is made of metal pipe so it does require some time to put together, but it did not feel like the old thin, brass bed metal tubing. I am honestly considering ordering another one because I feel that it is very stable and would look great in a guest bedroom. ... show more

I was fairly skeptical that this might turn out well but the entire process was much easier than I thought and I was able to put the bed together in under two hours all by myself. The packaging of the bolts and screws and tools was ingenious and made it very easy to organize the build itself. I have a thick memory foam mattress that doesn't need a box spring, so the low profile headboard and footboard are exactly right and the height off the floor is perfect. I previously had a very low platform bed that was so low I had to fall into it at night. This frame gets the whole thing off the floor and leaves ample room underneath for storage. The only negative is the mid-point stabilizer feet that I've banged into several times eliciting many a colorful curse word; but that's fixable with some foam protectors or soft wraps so I'm not taking any stars away for that (also I noted that very issue in some of the reviews so I knew it was going to have to be dealt with at some point.) Very happy with this purchase and looking forward to keeping this bed with me for years to come. ... show more
