I highly recommend this bassinet. It was easy to assemble—my pregnant daughter did it herself with no problem. It comes with a lot of storage space, which is great because babies have a lot of stuff! It’s also easy to move from room to room—sturdy but not heavy. The bouncing feature is amazing when the baby is falling asleep; our baby loves it! I particularly liked the fact that it can be positioned next to the bed, so the baby is always reachable. I was amazed at how lightweight and easy to assemble the bassinet is. Once it arrived, it took me just about 5-10 minutes to set up. I took note of reviewers saying that they did not find it sturdy enough, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that once you bolt in the storage basket at the bottom, the bassinet is very sturdy and solid. It is easy to move around to other rooms as it is not heavy or bulky. The rocking feature is quite simple and allows you to rock the bassinet with a simple nudge of your finger. I'll have to see how comfortable baby is when he gets here, as the mattress is not very soft. However, you can easily place a blanket and baby pillows inside for added comfort. I plan on using my boppy nursing pillow for extra stability inside if needed. My one disappointment is that I thought the height adjustment would have been more extensive but it's not. I do like that you can lift just one side to give baby an inclined resting position after feeding.
