  • Concern of Safety
I like the honey is creamy 😋 but what I do not like, the plastic wrapping around the top of the jar can be easily tamper with and easily replace back on the jar.

  • The best
I am allergic to the flu shot so I take 2 tablespoons of pure honey (unheated) daily with ginger tea. During the flu season, all that I receive is the 3 day "I can't get rid of this nagging dull headache" that is the 'end of the flu' sign. Tylenol is even unable to get rid of it. Tylenol is even unable to remove "the edge" of the headache because it is dull and not truly bothering you enough that you can not work. But, you know it is there occasionally when you begin to get sick-and-tired of it and can not wait for it to leave. You are counting the days. But, I am able to continue my studies and am not sick. In fact, I would say 98% less sick than when I receive the flu shot - and with no 'down time' at all after receiving the flu shot as my body builds antibodies for the next flu season. In fact, last year and the year previous, the percentage rate of the flu shot being successful was a sad state of affairs. Raw Ginger is an antibiotic and antiviral as well as raw honey that does NOT have USDA stamped on its product. If the honey is heated then it is has lost its antiviral and antibacterial properties. I even tried Manuka Honey (yuck). After paying $24.00 here at Amazon for a fraction of the amount of 22 oz, I say, I will quickly return to this brand. All of my body products are natural and my bath and face products are of Manuka Honey and I will keep it that way. The taste of the actual honey, no matter how good the honey is or how superior - is not a factor because though we are not in the flu season right now; viruses do not care what the weather is like. So, I have been treated very well with Y.s. Eco Bee Farms Raw Honey (I think they made the Manuka; although, it is from New Zealand). I just checked to make sure I do not lead you incorrectly. This merchant does sell the Manuka for $23.99 @ 12 oz. here on Amazon. The taste of the honey needs an acquired taste. Who knows, I may like it and swear by it within a week. But, honey, ginger, and Mucinex are all I keep in my medicine cabinet. ... show more

  • Excellent product - terrible shipping packaging
I love this product and have been using it for years. It's a much healthier way to eat honey, it tastes delicious and I believe it has many health benefits. However I can only get it from Amazon and I HATE that it comes wrapped in yards and yards of bubble wrap. That is so unnecessary!!! I try so hard to be as close to zero waste as possible and this is such a ridiculous violation of that. I don't think there's a need to use bubble wrap at all, let alone yards and yards of it. Amazon, please change this practice!!! ... show more

  • I have to say I'm not a fan of honey to start with.
I bought this to add to iced tea for my wife who suffers from severe seasonal allergies. Raw honey has natural anti-oxidants and anti-histamines as long as it never exceeds 100 degrees Fahrenheit (exact temps are disputed between 104-108). Above 100, those healthy benefits die turning it to nothing but unhealthy sugar. When I decided to taste the honey I realized that I used to get honey like this when I was a kid - OMG! A dab on your finger is like eating an entire bag of sugar candy, concentrated but healthy, it satisfies the ultimate sweet tooth! The jar states it's organic, that's a marketing gimmick due to an environmental impossibility to prove, but who cares about their lies with marketing, it's the best honey available. Just make sure that the package doesn't get put in your metal mailbox on a hot summer day because the mailbox will naturally pasteurize it which turns it more fluid. Raw honey once brought to room temperature should be like a sticky thick peanut butter paste, if it's liquid, it was heated and all the healthy goodness is gone. I must now admit, I LOVE raw honey so much I'm working on replacing raw honey with all refined sugar cane in everything in my life. I've never gotten the YS Brand "overheated" due to improper handling from Amazon so this brand is my strongest recommended brand! PS - to Tea Drinkers and Bakers... Please brew your tea, let it cool to below 100 degrees, then add your honey to keep all the healthy benefits and if you use honey for baked goods try letting your baked goods cool before adding raw honey, once the honey exceeds the pasteurization threshold the flavor profile changes completely! ... show more

  • Pay Attention to the size
I’m always glad to find raw honey especially if it’s a good price. I like this brand. Pay attention to the size though, I didn’t really think about it and expected big containers. I’m not complaining it’s just a heads up:)
