This is a fresh out of the box review: crossdresser, 5' 10" 155-ish, I typically wear a Bali 36C underwire, almost got the C cup ones until I read two reviewers who said they run small. I changed at the last minute and I'm glad I did. The D feels like a true C, from what I recall -- back when I used to date ;) They fill the bra very well, although a little narrow at the top, and they finally let me wear a couple of demi cup bras that I haven't been able to wear with a couple of tops. So sexy! First test run was, well -- they're soooo fun and we'll just leave it at that. Why did I wait so long to do this? Probably out of fear they'd get delivered to a neighbor in a box with a picture of silicone boobs on the outside of it, that's why. Not so. Thankfully, pleasantly surprised. The box was discreetly wrapped in an Amazon plastic envelope, with no origin names or indication -- not even on the exterior of the actual package, either. The box just has a barcode and numerical code. *They* arrived safely packaged in soft foam. I have read numerous concerns about the adhesive. It's clearly not strong enough to hold themselves on without the proper stuff. For me it's a non issue. 1) I'm not built to wear these nude, I have pectorals. 2) with a proper bra, it seems I can do whatever I like, they move very naturally with your movement. I've worn them without peeling the plastic off and they felt just fine, too. ... show more

These are heavy and soft, realistic feeling prosthetics. Great bounce providing a realistic look and feel. Need a good support bra or a good Hollywood boob taping to support. I purchased a smaller size and will purchase again in a larger size. I want them to fit my rib cage size in a more realistic way. Good projection and shape. Well made and good quality silicone. I had a single mastectomy and had almost given up trying to find a bra insert that I could use with my bras. None of the bra-insert types worked since the weight of my remaining breast kept pulling the bra down on one side. Trying to stuff my now empty cup was futile. Y-NOT silicone breast forms are a miracle product. The cup size I purchased is a perfect fit. The Y-NOT forms are really comfortable and so easy to place and remove. They stay put and feel real! Yesterday, I saw an upgraded version that cost well over $100 that could not compare to my Y-NOT in size and shape. I wore my Y-NOT to my prosthetic bra fitting. The owner of the store had never seen a Y-NOT, and she was blown away. PLEASE start marketing this product for mastectomy patients! ... show more

They are heavy, don’t like to stay on even with glue or tape, the edges have a tendency to roll and not stay flat and the looks are questionable but I’ll play with them and see
