This riser base has really helped me out. I build a lot of projects from 3/4 material. When it comes to engraving things you could not do with just standalone machine. Now my only concern I had was a tad bit of light does seep through. Xtool supplies some rubber strip but you still see light. My fix was just a roll of black painters tape. Pretty easy peasy but just be aware of that ... show more

Received my conveyor base for my xtool S1. I previous commented that the standard base was easily mistaken as a conveyor compatible base. It is not. Xtool customer serve contacted me and came through by giving me a discount on the purchase of a conveyor base.     • Major ventilation issue. The riser does not have a bottom to it leading to issues

The riser does allow for larger items to be placed in the unit and is required for the RA2 attachment but since it does not have a bottom and you can not use the original bottom, fumes escape from the unit even with an inline vent.
