The media could not be loaded. 10/10 Recommend this machine. We use this to laser tumblers and also to cut 2-3 oz vegetable tanned leather and sewing vinyl. It works very well. It is easy to use and it helps me get my work done quickly.

I have had mine for a year now and it has done great. There was some issues at the beginning and when contact xtool for help wasn't always the best help. They could use better training for that., but overall it's been a great machine. My next machine will be the CO2 LASER.

I purchased the xTool M1 Ultra 10-watt Premium. I’m not new to laser engraving or working with vinyl, but this is my first 4-in-1 multi-function machine. The packaging was impressive! Everything was well-protected and unboxing it was easy. Make sure you have a helper because it is heavy! Assembly took a little time but that is mostly because I wanted to be careful not to damage anything and to get familiar with all the parts. Using the blade for cutting vinyl works smoothly, and I am happy with how well it works. The double-sided cutting mat is a bit different from what I am used to on my Cricut, but it makes sense because it needs to stick to the bottom plate of the machine to stay still. The pen feature is very easy to use. My first project was a birthday card for my daughter . I used a template found in the software's project files. The pens are easy to change, and the results were amazing. One downside of the pens is that I wish I could use the pen on other flat materials such as wood. Maybe it’s possible, but I haven’t figured it out yet. I've used the laser most of all since I have had the machine. I've Christmas ornaments, black acrylic earrings, a 2-layer jack-o-lantern and more. The laser does a great job with both engraving and cutting. The exhaust system is surprisingly effective. I vent the fumes through a window and only notice the wood burn smell after opening the lid when a job is complete. The print head. One downside I found is that the print head is sold separately. The machine is advertised as 4-in-1, but even with the premium package, you are really buying a 3-in-1 that is capable of a 4th feature but only if you buy it. As for the software, xTool’s XCS is a bit intimidating but there are many YouTube tutorials out there and I have been able to pick it up pretty quickly. If you are familiar with design space, it is an easy transition. The software provides everything you need to run the machine and best of all it is FREE! Overall, I’m really happy with the machine so far. I haven’t tried the rotary tool yet (it seems a little intimidating), but I’ll update my review once I do. ... show more

It was easy to assemble. I find it hard to use. Not enough videos available on how to create projects. The ones posted don’t provide specific or step by step instructions.

The media could not be loaded. I have spent the last 2 years looking for a laser cutter to add to my shop. This one is by far the value for its money. I have a cricket and my cricket is more complicated than this. The ease of use is simple. It's snap on snap off. The functionality of it lives up to its standards. I bought the M1 Ultra. When I originally bought it I had ordered a bunch of different pieces but apparently they didn't All go together. (My fault) I reached out to customer service and they were excellent. They got me the correct pieces, They got the incorrect pieces returned and refunded to my account. They even noticed things like I had the wrong wire with one of my tools. Even though it was my fault because of the way I ordered it; They sent me the correct wire for free. Everything came well packaged to protect it from damage. I ordered the base and that box came damaged but the base wasn't damaged. They make sure that even if the carrier is not careful with your product, your product should come unharmed. I like this company so much. I even went back and ordered wood and supplies tumblers acrylic. Stuff that could easily be broken in transport. They took the time to make sure it wasn't. Between their customer service who are beyond excellent and their quality packing. I will gladly order from them again anytime. I've had a great experience after a few hiccups.
