The media could not be loaded. Two things sold me on this laptop. A. its rose gold (matches the engagement ring) and B. When I asked a question here on amazon about if it could run Photoshop (a great benchmark for computers) the manufacturer responded promptly that it could. I asked several other listings and did not get manufacturer responses. Customer service is always a selling point. So the laptop itself, I torture tested a bit. You'll see in the video i had quite a bit running on it trying to see if it could really handle intensive software. My fiance is a singer and normally cant edit her music without being at the producers, I thought a cool gift would be a laptop loaded with editing software. The laptop runs them all fine, really well in fact thanks to its solid state drive speeding up the load times. The video was filmed pre-gifting but I can tell you that her and the producer have both played around on the software and had no issues with it running. So definitely okay for music production and editing. Back to the customer service/manufacturer touch idea though, this laptop came with a nice keyboard protector which not only helps keep the keyboard clean, those are good for laptop screens as well. A very cheap but appreciated thing. Then there is this cool flash drive, its 30 gigs and again just a nice little addition. neither of these things are overly valuable but it says something about how the manufacturer is trying to please the customer. Its a really light laptop and its very thin its super easy to take with you and would fit in any normal backpack, you wont need something with special pockets. Its touch screen (the fiance likes, i dont use them but its cool the option is there). The battery life is good and it doesn't take that long to charge. It does get warm but its not hot and doesn't impact performance. If I had to give it a negative, its the lack of additional usb ports but I know the reason it has only the one is to keep the laptop thin/small. Its a trade off but with so many things being usb based these days, it would have been great to see one or two more worked into the design. ... show more

I purchased this laptop as an additional device for remote learning. I am a teacher and needed another device to help monitor my students. I liked the specs given on this laptop and decided to try it over more well known name brands. Overall, it is a great device. It is very lightweight and durable. It comes packed in a sturdy container/box (see photo). The screen quality and images are very clear. The touch screen. Works smoothly. I did have a problem with the touchpad's right click option sticking slightly. I didnt use the device for a day and the problem seems to ha e fixed itself. The camera quality for zooms or videos is so-so. The picture is zoom picture is pretty crummy compared to other devices, but that is the only downside. The device also came with a screen protector, mouse pad, a cute USB jump drive, a keyboard protector/cover and a coupon for a free wireless mouse. Also, their customer service has been excellent.. They reply back within 24 hours and seem very helpful and supportive.. I would absolutely, at this point, purchase this brand again. ... show more

I just received this today and it was so easy to set up. It also came with a lot of extra supplies that I wasn't aware it came with (silicone keyboard cover, a screen protector, and a mouse pad).     • Great for the price
EDIT: I've had this for a few months, and so far it's held up great. I did swap out the SSD drive for a 1TB drive. Be aware that some images make it seem like there are two SSDdrive spaces, but there is only one. It's easy to access and swap. I bought a larger SSD on Amazon and a case that would fit. Then I used cloning software to make a mirror image of the internal drive. Opened the case, swapped the drives, and it worked. As a bonus I was able to put the 128G drive it came with in the SSD case so I now have a spare 128G drive that fits in my pocket. Make sure you get the right SSD, there are different ones! Bought and paid for by me, so there's no obligation for this to be a "good" review. That said, this is a nice little computer. It's not a speed demon, but for what I wanted, it works fiine. I've run Adobe CC photoshop on it, and it did it. A little slow, but I wont' do much of that, so I'm fine with it. It's well built, the keyboard feels good, and the battery life is decent. Would I recommend this as a primary computer? Nope, but if you just want one that's easy to pack around, this is it. As a bonus, the screen quality is really good. ... show more

I'm an IT guy by profession, married to a self employed life/business coach, and she needed something to take on outings/visits and of course when we travel. I wanted her to be able to stay connected w clients, and do her Zoom meetings and take videos as well.
