The media could not be loaded. Yup, definitely love this fountain! It was easy to set up, no tools required. Took me about 5-10 minutes to get it all in place. The hose is a little tight so connecting it to the pump required a little strength. Once set up, I added about 2 gallons of water and the pump immediately started working. It was a loud sound and I was thinking "this better not be a constant noise", but I turned off the pump, added more water and then turned it on and the noise was gone. Love the sound. The solar doesn't last long enough for it to constantly run. I would love to hear it at night by my bedroom window but it won't run at night.
